Hotel berhampiran Acropolis, Beijing

出差遇上了暑假高峯期。 設施：酒店設施還算比較新的、感覺不錯； 衞生：房間沒有異味，衞生條件不錯； 環境：房間環境不錯，酒店周邊也挺好的，500米左右有地鐵口，特方便；旁邊好像還有個小樂園； 服務：前台小姐姐熱情周到，不錯！

酒店設施完善，性價比高，wifi給力，有免費停車場，附近有商場，逛街吃飯方便，性價比較高。 房間衞生乾淨整潔，床品舒適，完全住的放心，入住登記也很快。工作人員服務熱情，會主動問好，很貼心，還有送果盤和零食！再來出差旅遊還會選擇再次入住！

這家酒店我能給五顆小星星，第一顆是因為它的環境乾淨整潔，第二顆是因為它的服務態度很好，禮貌十足，安排周到；第三顆是因為房間的衞生過關，空氣中無異味；第四顆是因為安排的位置很得我心，能在高樓層遠眺周圍；第五顆是因為客房服務很給力，隨叫隨到，早午餐也很豐富。

房間基本算乾淨，前台兩個女的服務也不錯，態度比較好，還主動倒檸檬水給客人喝。男的那個就一言難盡了，先跟我説沒房型讓我等到兩點半再入住，過了一會兒還是我看到有人在辦理入住，進去一問，又跟先前的説法不一樣了，説是有房型（此時剛12點過了一會兒會兒）；保潔的服務是一大槽點，我放在麪池上的一整包抽紙擦臉用的，第二天少一半，第三天乾脆就剩一張（還知道全用掉不好，給我留了一張呵呵），誰家的保潔隨意用客人的私人物品的？雖然一包紙不值什麼錢，但是不動客人的東西這是最基本的素養吧？！小肥皂也從來不給我加（前台自取的衹有牙刷牙膏和梳子），一直到我用到剩了薄薄的一片也沒給我加。我洗個衣服都沒肥皂用，還是我自己去清潔車上拿了幾塊。

非常喜歡這家酒店的設計和裝修，設備設施智能。衞生乾淨，酒店的服務也非常好，都很熱情，早餐非常滿意。

大堂美觀便利，房間整潔、簡約、舒適，採光通風好，被褥枕頭乾淨，淋浴花灑質量不錯，冷熱水俱佳。本人上午出門旅遊時忘了關窗，下午起風后致電客服，立刻就幫忙關好了；外賣的物品放在前台，也由機器人送到房間門口。非常耐思和感謝！下次進京看親戚、旅遊還會下榻貴店的。 如有可能，給每個房間換個高速吹風機就更好了，畢竟國產吹風機也不是太貴。

The entire property, from the rooms to the common areas and bathrooms, is kept impeccably clean. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of hygiene, which adds to the overall positive experience. Service: The owners of the hostel are incredibly nice and supportive. They go out of their way to assist guests, often using a translator app to overcome any language barriers. Their friendliness and willingness to help with travel tips, local recommendations, and any issues that arise make the stay very enjoyable. Atmosphere: The hostel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for backpackers. It's a great place to meet fellow travelers, share experiences, and make new friends. The common areas are inviting and well-equipped, creating a comfortable environment to relax after a day of sightseeing. Location is very good. Very near to Cauqiao subway station just use exit b cross the road and you would go to the hotel right away. Its a but far from center spots of Beijing 30-50 mins by train. The reception desk is very helpful. They cannot speak English but the Google translation will help you instead. The hotel has no elevators. The hotel has 2 floors but you don't have to carry your luggage by yourself. The room is quite small and about 80% sound proof sometimes you can hear a noise from outside. The bathroom is very small the toilet and shower area of the same area. By overall i will rate about 3.5/5
