Hotel berhampiran Baxiandian, Beijing

Penginapan bernilai wang terbaik semasa Hari Kebangsaan. Yang penting ialah wanita di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat bersemangat dan sikap perkhidmatan mereka agak baik. Ia menjadikan mood perjalanan kami sangat baik. Ia tidak jauh dari kereta bawah tanah dan bas, dan terdapat basikal berkongsi di pintu, yang sangat mudah. Selamat bercuti Hari Kebangsaan. 通過攜程訂的大床房，那天到的比較早，但背了行李，就先到酒店問問能不能提前入住，前台小姐姐很爽快的就給我辦入住了，並且免費升級房間。房間也很乾凈衞生，阿姨會在中午的時候來打掃衞生

家人入住 ，房間剛裝修好很乾凈 ，離要去的地方 都很近，滴滴打車到火車站10幾塊錢 ，特別方便 ，前台服務人員態度也很好，尤其是對長者 ，耐心細緻周到，來北京住這裏安全放心！

觀雲軒酒店（北京西客站金融街店）The environment is very good, the transportation is convenient, the service is considerate, the facilities in the room are complete, and it is hygienic and clean.

The only convenient aspect of China Palace Hotel is the location. The staff don't speak English, with 1 sole exception, a lady who also helped me get a didi (chinese Uber) to the train station. It is to be mentioned that the hotel does not offer taxi calling service!? Furthermore, I was disappointed that no sauna was present at the hotel, as it was mentioned in the amenities. The room itself was clean and neat, although very dark, poor natural lighting. Overall, sadly, it was an average experience.

My family and I have visited Beijing 5 times since 2011, and every time we've stayed at the Tangla. It has definitely lost some of its initial grandeur through the years, but is still a good value. The rooms are clean and a little more spacious than a typical hotel room, with a desk area and a bathroom that includes a separate tub and shower. The hotel has 22 floors with 4 elevators that work very efficiently. It was rare when we needed to wait longer than a minute for the elevator to arrive. The location is pretty good. Right across the street is a shopping mall with a supermarket, numerous restaurants on the 4th and 5th floors and some fast food on the first floors. On another side of the street is the Capital Museum, which is worth checking out for an afternoon if you have the time. A subway stop is a half-kilometer walk away, and that subway line runs directly to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Wangfujing, and numerous other attractions. However, traffic at this intersection has made this location less desirable over time. The main intersection doesn't allow left turns, and street lights don't change for 2 or more minutes at a time during most of the day. As a result, when taking a taxi, your taxi might be mere blocks away but nevertheless 5 minutes to get to the hotel. The traffic can also make taking a taxi down Chang'an street very, very slow. The 6km taxi ride to the Forbidden City can easily take 30 or more minutes just between waiting for your car to arrive and the roundabout way he has to take to get there. The hotel has a gym and pool. The pool is really nice and my son says the gym is too. There's a salon/massage place that we haven't used. It used to have three restaurants but one of them has since closed. We did not use either of the existing restaurants due to the abundance of good restaurants across the street. There is a tea room that we would have taken advantage of during this last trip but it has been closed indefinitely as well. The hotel features 5-star award plaques from previous years but the most recent year with a plaque is from 2018. Support from the front desk in English is minimal. They had one staff member with a limited knowledge of English but that's the extent of it. My wife speaks Chinese so this didn't present a burden for me, but it might for some other English speaking guests. Overall, it's still a good hotel with a good location, and prices are very good. I can't say when I'll be back in Beijing again, but when I am chances are good I'll be back at the Tangla.

家庭房的大床很不錯，離央音西門超近，過個橋洞就到，300米周邊有八中分教學點，便利店，文具店，慶豐包子鋪，葯店等很方便，就是沒紙巾，衹有捲紙，衞生間無窗下水道反味，燈和排氣扇還共一個開關，希望改進。

The main door cannot close easily, need to make a very loud hard push everytime when closing it. The shower water pressure is rather low, and water temperature is easily too hot.

I stayed for one night at the Westin in during a business trip. Rooms are clean and location is perfect. Ali the front desk staff was very attentive when I mentioned I had to leave at 5am the next morning. she prepared breakfast at the concierge for me to take on my journey. Overall a great experience

The receptionists were very helpful, nice and polite. They proactively offered help to customers. We arrived late on our first day there and ordered take-out. After finishing, we called the staff to take away all the leftovers as the smell was quite strong. The staff took immediate action. We could feel that the staff there strives to provide a good stay experience to their customers. The breakfast there was delicious. The room provided a comfortable a**osphere. My family had a great experience staying this hotel. We won’t hesitate to choose this hotel when we visit Beijing next time.
