Hotel berhampiran Changping Chici Heping Temple, Beijing

The hotel is lovely, big and feels luxurious. The room was good, but beds are small. It seems strange that a hotel like this would have double beds. Ideally hotel beds should be King. The pool area was lovely, but the fact that hotel guests have to pay for access to the hot springs is not good. It should be included with all room bookings. Our main negative point about this hotel was the service. It’s was shocking. When ordering a drink and meal in the bar/lounge area, it took over an hour to get anything we ordered and then multiple orders were incorrect. Nobody working there seemed to know what they were doing. Another concern we noted was that when we phoned the reception from our room, there was nobody at reception who could speak English. We made a booking for 4 people, but the room was only set up for two, so when we asked for more towels, pillows and water bottles. They were delivered to our room but just dumped in a pile near the door. This didn’t seem quite right and not what we expected from a hotel of this caliber.

設施：有兩個泳池，公用的，因為人數不多，開了一個，但是泳池不小，深度1.0米左右。小孩兒能下水玩兒。足夠用了。 衞生：整體特別乾淨，房間也乾淨 環境：晚上出來走走，聽聽蟬鳴蛙叫特別舒服。我還救了2個蟬。 服務：下雨了，店裡服務人員給送傘☔️，早餐時間過了還給留了飯到10.00。 可以帶寵物，寵物友好，在長城腳下不遠處就是居庸關長城。

很晚的時候入住，附近的停車場都沒有車位了，停在了一個大土坡上，我住二樓，門口有門禁，但是沒有電梯，行李拿的有一點困難。 衞生一般，但是暖氣不錯，晚上一點都不冷！沒有拖鞋，洗漱用品自己和前台要的。 價格可以。我帶小朋友來住，沒有走動的空間，旅行臨時歇腳可以。

Pemandangannya bagus dan dekat dengan Tembok Besar. Pergi terus ke sana dan elakkan kesesakan lalu lintas di lebuh raya. Ibu mertua di kedai itu kelihatan sangat kemas dan kemas pada pandangan pertama melihat anak-anak belum makan, dia memanggil kami dari jauh dan sudah menyediakannya lebih awal. Ia sangat bagus di B&B

The location ist very good - in the middle of the forest next to a village and to the Great Wall. The different houses are distributed - There is a well organised driving service installed. We enjoyed the area. The promised private access to the Great Wall exist - but it stops at an gate which gives you no official access onto the Great Wall. To get on it is need to go back to the village to enter the official public area Shuiguan. As well for kids you can find a nice area. The pool was closed due to Covid prevention measures. The food was really well - barbecue buffet in the evening and good breakfast in the morning with a very supporting team. The sport facilities like table tennis,….are also welcome but maintenance is highly recommended. Regarding the room I expected much more maintained situation for the high price. The A/C was hit by mud and it drops down to the ground. The included minibar contains 2 bottles of water (which is normally given always for free). The shower itself was also with lime at the shower head. If all this would be very well you can expect very well furnished and designed rooms. But from a Hyatt driven facility I expect more based on the name and high price.

計劃了很久，終於趁十一之前過來啦， 在村子比較深的位置，SUV進出有點緊張^^; 房間結構合理，燈光和窗户的設計很舒服，隔音隔熱效果也不錯，秋天屋外挺冷的，裏面不怎麼用開空調；湯池在房間大門和裏屋之間的露天區域，需要的時候店裡會幫忙消毒，池子比較大，放水需要一定時間感覺有點浪費，努力多泡了一會兒……不過秋天室外涼涼的，正好👌 周圍非常安靜，屋頂和大廳外山景很棒，這幾天天氣又好，在屋頂看了日出！屋頂泳池和早餐的時間和細節都可以和店裡商量，微信溝通很方便。 小問題是投影儀可能有點積灰，亮度開高的話半小時左右會過熱，以及淋浴區域微微有點容易積水，不過都不會影響體驗！ 最後，村裡和店門外有很多小貓貓，超可愛XD！有機會再來～

原本定的大床已經非常棒了。但奈何一場大雪氣温驟降20度我們都是女孩子比較怕冷，給前台打電話反映冷管家店長拿着新房卡一分鐘到房間，直接給我們換了更大的親子房，還可以直接看到外面的美景。暖心的服務讓寒冷的冬天格外温熱

我們來居庸關長城看桃花 發現了這家寶藏私湯民宿集羣 預訂了他們家的景觀大床房 衞生做的很細 非常乾淨 景觀也是一級棒👍 前台小姐姐服務特別的熱情 還在他們的院子裏燒烤 體驗感非常棒 他們家在村子裏有很多的院落 看了他們家的小院兒 大泳池真的愛了 聽前台小姐姐説 他們預計5月份會啟用泳池 真的沒想到 長城腳下會有這樣一家民宿 他們的周圍環境也非常棒 羣山環繞 長城一眼就能看到 大家來居庸關看桃花推薦他家 真不錯 祝店家生意興隆 夏天還會過來 大泳池太愛了！

酒店還是比較好找的，不過門店是不臨街的，按導航找就行了，老闆人很好也很給力，五一假期住的時候大早上其他店家在裝修給吵醒了，然後給老闆打電話説了一下，直接就解決了，又回頭睡了個懶覺，走的時候東西又忘在房間裏了，老闆幫忙給快遞回來的，店裡還有衹貓貓，非常可愛，房間挺乾淨的，樓下好幾個燒烤店，下去就能吃東西，點外賣啥的也方便，性價比很高，十分推薦！！！
