設施：房間設施很好，都是新的 衞生：乾淨衞生，床品舒適 環境：環境很好，安靜舒適，附近交通方便有停車場 服務：服務特別好，拿的行李比較多前台還幫忙拿了行李，特別棒，還送了早餐，早餐種類也很多，很好吃

是來北京旅遊的 我們一大家子人 城區的酒店確定很貴 所以選擇了這家五環邊上的酒店 酒店有餐廳 出門做公交 三四佔地就可以到 附近最近的地鐵站 出行也算方便 房間的衞生 打掃的挺乾淨的 對得起 這個價格 前台服務人員的態度 也非常好 推薦！

整體還好，前台給的房間是緊挨鐵軌的房間，來來回回的火車很吵，本以為會睡不踏實，結果還好。就是從大堂到客房的走廊，要麼是中葯的葯湯味，要麼就是很怪的異味。

IU酒店以其乾淨整潔的客房和温馨舒適的氛圍而聞名。入住IU酒店後，我立刻感受到了工作人員的熱情接待，他們的微笑和問候讓我感到賓至如歸。 房間內部設計簡約而現代，色調柔和，給人一種清新明亮的感覺。床鋪鋪得整整齊齊，被褥潔白無瑕，散發著淡淡的清香。客房內的設施一應俱全，包括舒適的床鋪、空調、電視、免費Wi-Fi等，滿足了我對住宿的所有需求。 讓我印象最深刻的是酒店的衞生情況。房間內的每個角落都打掃得乾乾淨淨，沒有一絲灰塵。浴室中的毛巾和浴巾都是潔白如新，使用起來非常舒適。客房服務也非常周到，每天都會及時清理房間，更換床上用品，確保客人的住宿體驗始終保持在最佳狀態。 除了客房，IU酒店的公共區域也同樣乾淨整潔。大堂和走廊都沒有一絲雜亂，給人一種寬敞明亮的感覺。 總的來説，IU酒店的入住體驗非常愉快。乾淨整潔的客房、温馨舒適的氛圍以及周到的服務，都讓我感到賓至如歸。我強烈推薦IU酒店給那些追求乾淨整潔住宿環境的旅客。在這裏，你可以享受到舒適的住宿體驗，同時也感受到酒店工作人員的用心和關懷。

無論是環境還是服務都特別的棒，尤其是前台的小哥哥小姐姐們，我們有問題問完了也沒有敷衍了事，認真回答，不知道的還幫我們去問，坐公交挺方便的，以後有機會去的話還住

Really nice and spacious apartment. Staffs are so attentives and help me with some questions. It is quite far from city center but it is really close a subway station and shoppings/restaurants.
