From the check in till the check put it was a night mare to check in it took me about 1 hour and a half. The staff not even using translator wanted to help... Good translator (by the way I did not need translator because my chinese level is good enough to communicate). They called me to know why my things were in the room if my booking was for 2 nights and they said It was for only one night. The hotel is dirty and smelly,you can see pee marks on the walls and there are insects like spiders inside the rooms. Definitely the worse experience ever

Very dirty. The smell is horrendous. Very old, almost falling apart. The toilet has the light like a candle. The location was good but it is very hard to find the entrance of the hotel. For the money was really not worthy. I don't know how they get the stars but this hotel deserves 0 stars. Sad place.

I really like the location of the hotel. There are many large shopping centers next to the hotel, and my favorite place to go is the U-town. There are also many delicious foods here. The hotel is very quiet, the beds are comfortable, the staff are friendly

不建議入住，這個房間燈光很差，沒有洗漱用品，房間很臟，環境不太好，很窄，是昏暗的小巷子裏面，特別不介意入住  設施：吹風不熱，水很小，洗手枱很臟

12月29日是我續住的第一個晚上，我於晚上10点回到酒店，先到前台刷房卡，然後準備上去房間，但是在電梯內刷卡不成功，於是回到前台查問，職員再把房卡刷一下，但在電梯內刷卡仍然不成功，於是再回到前台，他提供了另一張房卡叫我試試，但仍不成功，於是那職員直接用他的卡幫我刷電梯上樓，但是我在房間門刷卡時同樣不成功，須要再次回到前台，最終這職員直接用他的卡幫我刷电梯上樓，再用他的卡刷房間門讓我進入。這樣來來回回浪費了大概15分鐘，不知道什麼回事？ 第二天到前台再跟進才解決了此問題，令人費解。

這個房間我續住了兩次，第一次是續住兩晚，續住的第一個晚上8点半我回到酒店，發現缺乏瓶裝水及短毛巾，於是打電話去前台要求補充，但是等了一个半小時還未提供，再次打電話去前台投訴時才馬上跟進。當時已是晚上10点。 物料補充是最基本的酒店服務，但是做不好，客人須要在房間長時間等待物料補充，影響休息。
