Absolutely perfect- location, service, attention to detail. Housekeeper was immediately attentive and fantastic. If anything needed tweaking, she was on to it 100 per cent. Dream location- sight-seeing, food, shops all nearby and every taste catered for! Able to move around on public transport: buses, metro and taxis with ease. Definitely, the place to come and stay again! Thank you.

No clear instruction as to check in procedure..i manage to see the housekeeper and she help me to check in the room but she is nice and make everything easy for me afterwards

Location is very accessible to shops, food and bars. Really good location. Reception is in 19th floor. Should contact adding phone number on wechat using translation function. Really good view too. D block has swimming pool.

At first, when arrived I was confused where to check in, but after a bit it was sorted out quickly by chatting on WeChat. The place looks nice, a bit of wear and tear but for one night it was okay! ☺️☺️

The apartment was very big and well appointed. However the room’s power outlets were hidden behind heavy nightstands and we couldn’t find them until the second night. The bathroom tiles in the shower were in need of repair and the movement sensing lights in the bathroom were too fast to shut off making it annoying to shower. The location of the hotel is excellent so overall it’s a very good value for the money.

The hotel room was clean and very nice. It seems to be in a prime location with many malls & restaurants are in the vicinity. The proximity to the sigh seeing places is the best part. Really enjoyed our stay

Super satisfied with the room, really comfortable and prompt fulfilment of our requests. Cleanliness makes the room a nice place to stay. Easy access to the mall just beside with lots of shopping and food options. There’s washing machine and even heater to dry our laundry so it definitely provides a lot of convenience to us. Easy communications via WeChat. Definitely recommend to stay here, no regrets and will book again! 💯 非常推荐哦房里干净也舒服。下次会再来住！

It centrally located washer and dryer works near to food

The location is nice. The room looks nothing like what you see in the photos when booking. There is no one to greet you at the front or to explain check in procedure? The cleaning ladies were very nice.

Great communication. Allowed me to stay with my dog and also pay for a half day to accomodate a late flight out of Beijing. The room is huge, comfortable bed, cool projector screen. There's a small outside garden area on floor 5 where dogs can play if you don't want to go down to the street. Excellent area with many restaurants, coffee shops and a mall nearby. 100% recommend staying here. Really reasonable pricing too. Thank you so much for a great room for our last few days in China! 😁

酒店位置非常好，樓下就是地鐵站，我們去辦簽證走着去就可以，管家服務態度非常好，親自帶着我們去的簽證中心，世貿天階地下美食城也帶我們去的，最讓我們感動的是管家帶着我們去辦手機卡，因為不知道具體位置，一直走路帶我們去的，實在是太感動了，讓我們感受到回家的熱情，房間環境也是非常好，5樓健身房還有一個休息區，太陽曬不到，我回去推薦我的朋友來北京就住她家
