Lovely hotel even though the breakfast is not that great. Wonderful location.

Stayed here a couple of times. Really clean. Staff really friendly. And a lovely buffet breakfast with lots and lots of choice.

Hotel was in a great location for anyone who wants to be right on top of York City Center. Decent stay overall, breakfast was good. Only negative for us during our stay was that the staff were hesitant to throw out any food trash, so our room started to stink a bit.

Super convenient locations with the friendly staff members. Made our stay a ver present one. The parking arrangements also very convenient and it is just a few minutes walk away from the hotel

Absolutely lovely stay really good location to the Christmas Market. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and lots of space. Very quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent good selection and as much as you could eat. We kept our luggage at the hotel after check out which was perfect . Would definitely stay again and recommend.

All things good, but breakfast was disappointing. Just a week ago, we were in Hampton London city where the breakfast was certainly much better. Location is near to the city centre and the river where the cruises are run.

Welcoming and friendly reception staff who were very informative about local attractions. Very clean and comfortable room with nice big tv. Breakfast was superb with all the staff extremely helpful and appeared happy in their job. Location was excellent, walking distance to attractions, bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

I think the insulation of the floor is not good as I heard the foot steps from above floor at night & early morning! Very disturbing!

Great location and nice breakfast. Was able to get an early check in which was really convenient.

We were impressed by every staff. They are very helpful, enthusiastic, and have great service mind. They always smile for every customers. We felt safe when stayed here. The room looks new, quite clean, and peaceful. And the breakfast buffet is so great! I love hot chocolate.
