The staff is friendly and the location is perfect for a weekend trip in the capital.

Location is good, staff is so nice. But I can smell smoke in my non-smoking room.

This hotel definitely kicked our holiday off in the best way possible! Loved the breakfast, so various and rich (as in the pictures), the clean and modern room, and the position very close to the Forbidden City and street markets. There are also very convenient grocery stores nearby. Super nice stay!

I was here for 3 nights and it was a pleasant stay. Everything is very convenient here including its strategic location. There's even laundry for you. However , the bathroom is a little old although it's not dirty. You can request for housekeeping if need to. I will be back if I'm in the area :)

The location is great, near Wangfujing street. The reception are not good at English but they friendly and try so hard to communicate. Our stay was great and smooth

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, conveniently located near two MRT stations and within walking distance of Wangfujing Street. It's also close to nearby malls like AMP and 喜悦 Mall, with a 7-11 just next door for convenience. The room was spacious enough for two people, featuring a smart control panel to easily adjust the lighting and curtains. However, the bathroom felt a bit tight, offering just enough space to move around. The staff's service was excellent—they were always responsive to any requests. The breakfast was standard but sufficient, and having access to washing machines and dryers was a nice touch. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay

The hotel is very good with a good location. I wish the hotel staff would speak a bit more English but they were very helpful

Stayed for 7 nights and it was a pleasant stay. The bed was just the perfect firmness to allow a good night sleep, everything was clean and comfortable, shower and heater worked well. Amenities are great. The only improvement is I didn't know how to get the air-conditioning to work. It was winter so we didn't need them. But on odd night(s) when it's less cold outside, it can feel a tad bit warm inside. Location is great! Accessible to the subway and many attractions nearby.

Clean room and there are alot food nearbys

Single room was very small. It was not even possible to open a bag. Electronic light controls were unneeded and unpractical. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The location is great - close to shopping, bars, restaurants and public transport.
