I understand that the location is quite convenient, which is a positive aspect. However, it's unfortunate that the facilities seem a bit outdated. The hotel lobby has a welcoming feel, but I can see how overall, it may not fully meet your expectations.

Every time we visit Beijing, we always stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, and the service we receive is excellent. The staff is friendly and courteous, which makes us feel comfortable, and the food at the Summer Palace is delicious. Raymond Mark

Front desk employee is arrogant. Room is clean, window view is nice and beds are comfortable. Tennis court employees are kind and food is delicious.

There were several service delivery lapses at the Horizon Club front desk that fell short of the expectations typically associated with a five-star hotel. These areas present opportunities for improvement.

The room and service was great. They could speak English and were very helpful. Had a very late check in and they still allowed it. The view was great and breakfast was pretty good.

Great stay, would definitely recommend 💯 A tiny suggestion would be to add little things to your service such as explain where breakfast is (for those who have it included) as well as explain how to get to your room. I was a first time guest at your hotel and didn't specifically know where things were located (had no problem finding them). The elevators were easy enough to find, but explaining where it is should still be something the people at the front desk does and as a guest you should not have to ask where breakfast is, it should automatically be told to you upon check-in. It will smooth things over with guests. Other than that, everything was perfect and I was super satisfied with it 😊
