It was my second stay at Annika, and both times I stayed for a week. If you’re looking for a cozy place with a lovely garden and a nice swimming pool, this is a great option. However, the beach isn’t within walking distance, so you’ll need transportation. Since I always rent a motorbike, that wasn’t a problem for me. The breakfast was also quite good.

Good value for money. Price any higher, I wouldn’t book again. However considering the price I paid, I’m happy.

Maybe,the best option if you dont need ocean view room. I stay here 1 week and already want to come back. Big,quiet and peaceful.

We loved this hotel and after travelling around and speaking to others I definitely think this is one of the best resorts on the island. Pros: + The staff! They are so lovely and made our stay more enjoyable. + The rooms are great with a small balcony. + The pool area! We loved dipping in and out of the pool, and the Jacuzzi! + Food was nice + you can hire bikes (mopeds) from the hotel + price + The grounds are beautiful + The hotel will help with Taxis etc Cons: - The nearest 7-11 etc is over 20 mins walk - There were lots of ants round the pool area … we found out there was an infestation this year (not just on this island). It would be great if staff could go around spraying the area. I am not sure if they did. We are regularly at a small independently owned place called Sapporat’s, owned by Deano and his wife ***. You do have to wait a while for your food (because *** is the only one cooking) but it’s so worth it! Great home cooked food and a lovely atmosphere looking over the river. It’s only a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. We were also recommend a cooking class by Deano and his wife … with Bonnie. It was amazing. We started at 9:30am and didn’t finish until 2pm. You eat at the class and can even take your curry back with you. You also can choose from a selection of dishes, you don’t have to make the same as everyone else!

The hotel is located near Khlong Prao beach and there is also a private beach (have shuttle to there), not much restaurants nearby and no shuttle to outside. Some noise from outside during midnight. Staffs are nice.

An enjoyable stay, young lady on reception changed rooms for me as bed was a bit hard, they have rooms with toppers on beds when requested. Room service was good and reasonably priced and a good selection of motorbikes for rent.
