Ulasan Sheraton Grand Beijing Dongcheng Hotel

It's an experience. From the moment you step into the grand lobby, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of opulence and impeccable service. The staff is incredibly attentive, anticipating your needs before you even have to ask. The rooms are a haven of comfort and style. Each one is spacious and beautifully appointed, with luxurious amenities like plush bedding, marble bathrooms, and breathtaking views. The hotel's dining options are equally impressive.. Overall, my stay was truly unforgettable.

Decent enough hotel. We stayed at the club lounge and it was pretty good. Food wasn't amazing but ok for a typical Chinese hotel. Drinks were good. Nothing immediately in the vicinity of the hotel but it's a good base, especially to walk around the drum tower and the surrounding hutongs which is a short didi ride away. Fairly good value for money.

The hotel was very beautiful and smelled great. The concierge, front desk, and dining employees were kind and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious.

When entering the hotel I was greeted by Leo at the front desk and he was very helpful throughout the process and also helped link my membership to the room as I had forgotten to do so. Although there was a small issue with the room, after bringing it up to the front desk they were very prompt in solving the issue and apologetic showing their sincerity. Was overall a good experience.

One of the best place we’ve stayed. They are very accommodating and helpful. They have a nice executive lounge for executive guests. We love their breakfast. They also have spacious swimming pool. Thank you so much for the lovely experience.

Hotel is in good position, very quick checkin and checkout.

Checking in was difficult, being asked multiple times when I arrived in China. I told the staff and showed them in my passport the date and stamp but I guess they didn’t believe me, was then asked the same question about 5 times.

A nice hotel, albeit a little dated and not in the best location, though overall we enjoyed our visit. The general standard of service was great. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our room was a little too warm (and stuffy) and we were unable to change the temperature despite trying to cool the room using the thermostat provided. The Executive Lounge Happy Hour was fun and food was nice. The automated wine pourer was not working properly and the white wine was not chilled but we otherwise enjoyed our couple of hours there. A nice swimming pool and good gym though a few more items of equipment would be nice (rowing machine?).
