We love this place for it's cleaness, convenient location, super friendly staff. The business suite is very comfortable for two people to stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful!! The hallway and room carpets are shabby and need a good cleaning or replacement. The bathroom floors and surfaces in room were not cleaned with cleaner, just wiped. I stayed here prior to covid and I'm afraid it needs room renovations as walls need repairs and repainting. A single nespresso style coffee maker is needed like many other hotels.

Excellent location, service and room. However, restaurant is over priced and there is no gym.

1. The room is extremely small, and the floor is severely cracked. You can trip when walking. 2. The shower facilities are extremely old and small. I, a 175cm tall person, can hardly turn around. 3. The toothbrush box in the room doesn't even have basic toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs, but there are two shower caps, a sewing box, and a plastic bag. Why is there a toothbrush box? It's incredible. 4. When checking in, the front desk didn't remind me that there were no basic tools such as toothbrushes and combs in the room. They just threw me a toothbrush. When cleaning the next day, they didn't provide new ones in the room. I asked the front desk for a toothbrush and I had to provide my ID card and room card. It's incredible✖️2. 5. The front desk service attitude is very poor. The 10-year-old child who was traveling with me didn't bring his ID card and hoped to check in with me. He provided a photo of his ID card, but it didn't work. Then he stubbornly asked for a photo of his household registration book. Who brings a household registration book when going out on May Day? They didn't take the initiative to help find a solution, but just asked us to turn right and walk 200 meters to the local police station to get a certificate. It was already 10:30 pm, and the child was too tired to open his eyes. This is their service attitude, which is incredible✖️3. 6. I asked the front desk to call the manager to help solve the problem of the child's check-in. The first female manager who came was still a fake manager who didn't keep her word. She still stubbornly asked us to go to the police station, and then the real manager watched from behind without saying anything. After a long time, it was probably the real manager who nodded. Then the fake manager at the front desk verified the family address on the ID card at the suggestion of the child's mother before letting us go upstairs. From the front desk to the manager, no suggestions were made to solve the problem? And what was the point of letting a person who didn't keep his word to act there? It's incredible✖️4 7. The elevator in the corridor is difficult to find, and there is no sign. After entering two elevator rooms in a row, the employee channel is displayed. The customer's room card cannot be used, and it is easy to get lost. 8. I didn't set the "please clean" function, but they knocked on my door loudly at 8:00 in the morning and asked if I needed cleaning. They woke me up. I said I hadn't checked out yet, what were you doing? The waiter actually said that I had to clean because I was a customer... It's outrageous. They woke me up early in the morning and woke me up to clean the room. It's incredible✖️5 9. There is no second socket in the whole house except the socket at the bedside and the one on the floor where the refrigerator is plugged in. In short, the facilities of the China University of Geosciences Conference Center are dilapidated, the service is rigid, the environment is old, ** and inefficient, and there is no cost-effectiveness. It reveals the feeling of a hotel 15 years ago everywhere, treating customers as thieves. Under the banner of China University of Geosciences, it only has this kind of service, and it often leads customers to the police station? ? ? It doesn't even have the most basic respect for the elderly and love for the young. It's 2025, which is really unbelievable. This building is very tall, but it is rotten inside. It can be said to be the worst international conference center I have ever stayed in. It is a disgrace to the world. If I were not attending a conference in Wudaokou, I would never stay in such a place. Please avoid it.

The sanitation and decoration are quite poor, not as good as the express hotel. The breakfast is very expensive and there is nothing to eat. It is similar to the breakfast of the express hotel. It costs less than 1,000 yuan a night. The toothbrush is provided by the front desk, but there is no comb.
