The hotel's location is excellent, and the hot spring and late-night ramen are fantastic! The rooms have wooden furniture and flooring, which had a slight musty smell, but otherwise, there were no downsides. Getting around is super convenient, as most places are within walking distance.

A lovely stay! Really great central location, the onsen/ sauna was also clean and very pleasant to use. The in room welcomejelly and complimentary popsicles and late night ramen was such a nice addition. I also appreciated the Japanese style of the rooms, the tunics they provide and the tatami floor throughout. Bed was super comfy- would recommend!

The hotel's location is good, close to the JR line, but the price is absolutely not worth it. For just over 1000, the experience of staying in such a bad hotel is terrible. Everyone should choose carefully. Don't be fooled by the atmospheric photos; the actual stay was very poor. The hotel is tiny; you have to take off your shoes when you enter. It's a standalone building with only elevator access. The room is also very small. The main issue is the terrible soundproofing and dilapidated facilities. I couldn't sleep the first night because of the noise. Although there's a hot spring, don't book for that reason – it's a tiny one with a strong, pungent smell of urine. It was so bad I left after five minutes. The breakfast isn't as rich as it looks in the photos, which just make it seem better than it is. The late-night noodles were literally two bites; you could get more and cheaper food outside, as dining in Osaka is inexpensive. This trip, I encountered a credit card scam overseas, and I strongly suspect Trip.com leaked my credit card information. Everyone traveling abroad should be extra careful.

I super like this hotel, is like a home not a hotel.. although procedure keeping shoes in outside security box slightly troublesome but when u come in is in clean status and they prepare free ice cream which is delicious 😋 and udon but I didn't eat.. haha..
And you have refill water on lobby area
So is super good , really amaze with the amenities in the hotel and for room although is small but is clean and good quality and everything is in tidy condition.. thx hotel for provide all good...
Location also strategic because is just right opposite on our day tour gathering and nearby have one sushi outlet shiro which my husband like it very much..
And I do take the breakfast is delicious

This hotel is perfectly located. The onsen was lovely too. The breakfast was great, filled with freshly cooked food as well as fresh unprocessed food items. The staff are polite and offers top service.

Second time booking this hotel, it's super convenient – right outside Nihonbashi Station. Getting to Shinsaibashi is a breeze too. Plus, you can enjoy the hot springs at night, and after your soak, there's free ice cream and complimentary noodles until 11 PM!

There are a lot of kids and busy at times but great location. There is no view as you can see from the photo. Good for 1-2 nights but no more than that.

Self service check in w/ the help of a staff. Room is small but clean. The onsen is nice but can be crowded. The room is not too big but clean. Location is good, next to Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi.

Fantastic stay overall. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its great variety and quality. Highly recommended and would gladly stay here again.

Having stayed at Dormy Inn Hokkaido and Nono Nara, this one felt like the worst!
1. It's more expensive than Dormy Inn, but the hot spring baths, toiletries, and evening noodles are all the same. The only difference is the room style, with its所谓的 'Japanese-style' aesthetic.
2. You're required to take off your shoes upon entering, which looks ritualistic, but it's actually very, very dirty. Luggage wheels are notoriously filthy, and they roll all over the tatami mats. You never know if previous guests had athlete's foot. It's just very, very dirty.
3. The room was dusty, and this is my main complaint! I carelessly hung a piece of clothing on the rack, and to my surprise, it was covered in dust. There were even cobwebs in the corners! Does housekeeping even clean these rooms?
4. Sure enough, after we went out on our first day and returned, the room hadn't been cleaned, the trash hadn't been emptied, and nothing had been replenished. I called a Chinese staff member, who claimed it was their first day and argued that we needed to request cleaning. Seriously, what kind of hotel operates like that?! Then, they started saying that we'd have to pay an extra cleaning fee if we wanted the room cleaned? What?! They insisted there was a note in the room explaining this. I told them no one would notice a small note, and besides, the front desk didn't mention any of this when I checked in! I then carefully read the note, and it stated that excessive trash, like packaging from drugstore purchases, would incur a cleaning fee if not disposed of by the guest. That Chinese front desk staff member was incredibly rigid and clearly hadn't fully understood the policy, repeatedly demanding payment and claiming it wasn't their responsibility. My trash was just basic refuse, not excessive, and therefore not covered by their policy!
5. Next, the water. The hotel provides very small bottles of water, and there's no water dispenser in the hallway. The day before, I called the front desk, and they gave me three bottles of water. But when I asked that same Chinese staff member for water, they refused, saying each room is only allowed two bottles. I told them they hadn't cleaned the room or refilled anything, and besides, this policy wasn't communicated beforehand! Plus, I had already received water the day before when I called! Why was it different now?! It was truly infuriating. The next day, when I asked the cleaning staff for water, they happily provided it! That particular Chinese staff member was truly aggravating! I showed them photos and videos of the dusty room, and they said they'd report it, but nothing came of it.
