Jawapan daripada Pihak Penginapan: 尊敬的賓客，非常遺憾沒有給您帶來滿意的入住體驗。 酒店是基於老北京四合院改造的，因受制於原房型框架限制且無法擴展，所以房間面積相對較小。但是酒店也有其他房型有比較大的哦（如養心齋、商務大床房或者豪華大床房等等）下次來您可以試試呢；關於您説的掃描行李，時至北京三月，每年這個時候北京市中心所有酒店都是需要對要入住的國內外旅客的行李掃描檢查的。這是對於所有遊客而言，並不是針對個人的哦。希望此次不愉快的入住體驗未能影響到您的出行體驗，酒店在此再次對此表示歉意。祝您今後順心如意、事業有成！
