The worst 5 star hotel we ever stayed. If you are foreigner like us, please stay away from this hotel. The reception staff named Li Jing Hui kept asking us about our visa suspecting we entered China without one. That staff and other (few of them there) service and attitude is worst and definitely not a welcoming one. After we have checked in, the staff called and asked us to pass our passport to them as they claimed that one of the checked in guest name is key in wrongly. They sent a staff to our room expecting we passed the passport to them which is a very suspicious action as passport is a very sensitive item. In the end, we went down ourselves to pass the passport and found out they lied as they only want to print the cover of the passport which is a super ridiculous reason. We booked the family room and is spacious but old and dirty. There is a hotspring tub in the room but is super dirty and wet, seem like someone used it before we checked in, we tried to clean and use it but the water is yellowish and is super disgusting. All of the restaurant at the hotel are closed by the time we checked in around 6pm so you can only get food by ordering meituan (food delivery platform) and luckily we got one. We tried to book a car for early morning flight tomorrow through didi or trip but no driver accepted the request. It is hard to get car transport there and we actually checked with the reception but only get a replied of “it is very expensive here to book a hotel airport transfer car which cost 500rmb”. We don’t even asked the price as we only asked is such service available from the hotel. Overall, the hotel looked like ******* as not much guest is staying at the hotel. We checked out few hours later as it is definitely not a nice and safe hotel to stay.

Easy check in, friendly staff. The room was very big. The campus that the hotel was on was very quiet. It seemed like construction may have been started on the other buildings, but was never finished?

I went for a small mini-break to escape the hustle of Beijing. I have been here before with friends. With friends and some wine this place is great. On your own it is great too... but only if you love the Hot Springs. I do. The hotel would be pointless if you don't like Hot Springs / Swimming. My only disappointment was that, because it was mid-week, the breakfast range was tiny compared to when I came with friends on the weekend. Both the hotel and Hot Spring were much cheaper... so that was good... but I felt that they over-simplified the breakfast buffet. Somethings they had before (like jams and preserves) are sealed and have long sell-by dates... so why not put them out? Likewise, why offer only one juice... can't you offer a range but put them in smaller containers if you are worried about waste? The Hot Springs are the clear highlight. I highly recommend going after dark. Tickets seem valid for 24 hours, so I went for a few hours daytime, then back to the room, then again after dark. At night it was so peaceful.

經常在市裡商務酒店入住，這次帶着孩子來郊區玩兒，有幸入住龍熙維景國際會議中心，感覺酒店大堂很氣派，晚餐及早餐很豐盛，可選性多，自助餐廳楊經理帶領餐廳團隊服務熱情，我們是回族，餐廳趙經理為我們仔細介紹餐品，餐廳環境優雅，服務員田海英為孩子贈送了小禮物，我們一家非常感謝。另外，客房有些陳舊，前台服務一般

因為參加兒子畢業禮選擇了這家酒店 設施：傳統五星級，為什麼沒有給5分？因為點了幾次外賣都需要自己下樓取餐，顯然在這點不符合當今潮流酒店，如機器人送物。 衞生：服務員工作細緻 環境：非常好，別墅區環繞，高爾夫、温泉、適合度假。這也是我再次選擇的理由。 服務：服務過度注重流程，現在很多酒店已經不收按金，在這家店還在延續，沒有與時俱進。關鍵是退房的時候告知我有其他消費，經核實，是想鄰房間的賬務掛到了我的房間，有點莫名奇妙，因為趕機離去，幸好最終解決。希望下次來有所改變。

房間很大，小童設施齊全，早餐也比較豐盛，如果能用咖啡機就更好了。酒店還是很人性化的，早餐在節假日延長到了10點，平時應該衹到9點半。前台小趙很熱情，退房時還給孩子們送了零食。

四星酒店沒有任何數據線或者插頭可供使用，問了前台被建議用每一樓層的付費充電寶就好…於是我果斷下單自己買了一個插頭，好在我有數據線…房間裏的床品不錯，但是能感覺到老酒店，一切用品都相對比較對付。晚上打客房服務要水，三遍都沒人接…打到前台，前台説幫我轉達，然而並沒有…過了半小時左右吧，我自己打通客房服務，她也知道我打過電話&貌似也知道前台轉達了相關訊息…但是沒有及時服務…不過所有員工都還算挺和善的。我個人覺得酒店規模這麼大，基礎還可以，服務的細節應該好好抓一下。PS：酒店的熱水器燒水特別快，推薦！

本次入住期間得到了酒店各處服務人員的熱情接待，祖孫三代都非常開心盡興。長者房間電視打不開，客房服務員張彩芳耐心調試，併為長者熱情介紹酒店設施。温泉韓雪娟熱情接待服務，前台師如玉高效辦理各項業務，都給我們留下了深刻印象。另外一個亮點是酒店的晚間自助餐，不僅菜品豐盛，而且還有歌手駐唱，讓我們度過了愉快的一晚。

體驗感不錯，推薦大家親自感受一下，首先交通便利，位置也很好找，環境也非常哇塞，看酒店簡介開業近10年了，客房浴室設備設施保養不錯，房間衞生也非常乾淨整潔，下次還會選擇這家酒店。

週末陰雨天氣降温，想找一處温泉酒店放鬆一下，隨意選擇了離家最近的這家龍熙維景，沒想到給我留下了不錯的印象。酒店設施齊全寬敞明亮，房間正對着湖面，登高望遠，心情豁然開朗。酒店服務也非常熱情，酒店大堂的宋晉霞、客房部的張彩芳熱心細心服務都讓人感到賓至如歸。從房間到大堂，再穿過兩樓之間的通道，就到温泉了。温泉池大大小小散佈在熱帶雨林一樣的景緻裏，彷彿置身三亞。孩子們快樂戲耍在鋪滿七彩球的泳池裡，大人們舒服愜意的泡在不同功效的温泉池裡，怡然自得。下樓沿湖邊散步，很多黑天鵝、野鴨子在湖中嬉戲，吸引了大人孩子們的目光。值得一提的是中餐廳的午餐，因為是預訂的酒店二天一晚套餐裡帶的一份正餐，就沒報太大希望，認為能吃飽就行，沒想到菜品豐富，食材很新鮮，色香味俱全。總之很開心的一次温泉放鬆之旅，下次還會再來。

非常歐洲範兒的酒店。有入住水果感覺很温馨。温泉目前在女兒心目中在北京能排前三。入住期間可以多次泡，這一點很滿意。自助早餐也給了很高的評分，但就是沒有刀叉，讓抹黃油吃香腸這類事情變的很不方便。不過美眉飛快地跑去給我取了刀叉，表示感謝和滿意。 建議，一是酒店後來添加的中式艷麗的設施和裝飾，和歐式風格太不搭了，能不能改一改；二是温泉時間，要求必須出來的時間要早於退房時間，這個感覺不太舒服，不如世園温泉。

在網上對比了同類型的酒店，最終選定這家，果然沒有讓我失望，趕上節假，人比較多但是服務並沒有怠慢，很專業。 位置：交通很便利，離大興機場和野生動物園都很近。 服務：前台張鑫服務非常熱情周到. 環境：酒店前面有個很大的湖，裏面養了很多天鵝，晚上散散步還是很不錯的。衞生：客房衞生非常整潔乾淨，看得出來精心打掃過，服務員張英看見我們帶孩子還特意送來了小童用品，非常貼心。
