Hotel is located at the tourist attraction, the Qianmen Street. Is quite noisy and bad smell of cigarettes around. They permitted guests to smoke inside the room which caused linens stained with smoke smells 🫣🫣🫣 hotel has no lift as u have to carry your own baggages. 15 minutes walk to Qianmen Metro station. You can get a Tourist Bus No 1 heading to Great Wall by walking about 15 minutes from the hotel. Bus fare to Great Wall (Badaling) is 60Yuan/person for each way.

The hotel is located in the heart of tourist life, on the most popular pedestrian street with thousands of different shops and restaurants. On the right corner of the hotel there is a travel agency with the best offers for foreigners. The staff is very kind and attentive. But... The number shocked us. I’m tiny, without windows, with dampness, everything is very old, there was nothing to breathe... The price for a room changes at the speed of sound... We rented for one night for (I don’t remember exactly) something like $56, the next day the same room for extension already cost $80. For those like us who only sleep and shower in their room, I recommend living away from the center near a metro station.

We chose this place because the location, which is perfect if you wanna enjoy the street food of Beijing. Also it has the metre station really close which made our 4 day trip more comfortable to move around. The staff that works here was also really nice and friendly from the beginning. They helped us to make reservations that we couldn’t make because we didn’t have a Chinese number. Although they don’t speak English very well, we could communicate each other very well with a translator. So I would highly recommend staying here!

The hotel has great location with many restaurants and shops nearby and the train station is within a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is located in a less busy part of the Dashilar street which is very nice and one can still access the busy part of Dashilar Street very easily. The surrounding hutong is excellent for an evening walk.

Good hotel in a great location. There is a lot to do around the hotel, a lot of gift shops and food options, plus its walking distance from Tiananmen square. The room is relatively basic but great value for money, plus the service was top notch.

Only drawback is the hotel is alittle old, with no lift.
