Ulasan Fu De Yuan Hotel

The rooms are dirty and disgusting. You can find the steins inside the tea cups and on the top edge of the the cups in the bathroom. Bathroom is VERY dirty and moldy. One of the rooms bathroom has strong sewer smell when you just enter the room. One of the TV was not working. The staff could not help. The wall clock battery was either out of power or no battery. There are bugs inside the room. The furnitures in the rooms are covered with dust such as on the lower layer of the ending table, on the pipe of the the split AC. The room and hall way have strong cigarette smell in all of the non smoking area. Even though the location is convenient by closing to the subway station and many restaurants in the area, the conditions inside the rooms are not recommended.

Good: the hotel is in a great location, a few steps from the Jiandemen subway stop, with easy access to the airport. Cheap rooms. Bad: the room was dirty and the hotel needs a lot of renovations

The service at Fu De Yuan Hotel was exceptional. From the moment I checked in, the staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, offering helpful tips about the local area and arranging transportation when needed. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room daily, and the restaurant staff were attentive and courteous.

Very nice tenant. The 2 beds room is sufficient if you just sleeping in the room (going out all day). They can provide more bathroom products if you ask !

位置很好的，去中科院某所很方便，隔一條主路，小於6百米，旁邊有早餐店。房間帶浴室，十分幹靜，也十分安靜。很好的。

性價比不錯，前台大爺和服務阿姨人都特別好，離地鐵口兩分鐘，出行特別方便，對於要求獨立洗手間和窗户覺得性價比可以，是同屬性裏面最便宜的了，去北醫三院路程也不遠，，

房間太老了

咋説呢，首都400的房間都是這個環境嗎？第一次來咱也不瞭解，三人間有3張單人床拼一起了，床是夠用，然後光床就把房間佔滿了，三個人放下行李基本就轉不開身。 衞生間就更別提了，第一次見淋浴頭需要一個手拿着，差點沒摔了，關鍵它不咋出水啊。衞生間衹能一個人一個人進，倆人進不去，太小了。 提前看評論説衞生不好，自己帶床單和洗漱用品了，走的時候拆床單看到酒店白床單下好多頭髮。。。 唯一好處就是離地鐵口非常近，出門就是。出來玩衹晚上睡一下的湊合著住可以。

地理位置非常方便，地鐵就在旁邊，公交也在附近，附近美食也蠻多，晚上找東西吃也很方便，價錢很公道，老闆很好溝通。

設施：設施情況一般，不算新； 衞生：衞生條件一般 環境：環境還可以，周圍小吃店、超市什麼的都有 服務：服務態度一般，有問題解決還算及時吧

優點：地段非常好，交通方便；入住退房都很快速便捷。設施齊全。 缺點：牆壁隔音稍差了點。沒有門鏈。衞生不好，燈罩積灰，電熱水壺發黴，茶杯裏還有剩茶葉。入住時沒有衞生紙。

老闆人很好，服務也不錯，因為我是來考試的有主動幫我調整房間，考完試有點晚超過點退房時間也沒另收我錢。 設施肯定就很普通吧，但能住，畢竟這個位置，要是設施那麼好怎麼不要雙倍價錢呢？ 隔音一般，全看鄰居素質，一般晚上11點後大家也安靜了，如果很晚還不安靜老闆會幫你敲門，當然影響你學習的話，也可以自己敲門，畢竟大晚上人家吵鬧的人都沒不好意思，也沒什麼不好意思敲門的 總體滿意
