The staff are nice, and the cleaners are friendly. The service was good. However, there is no one to help carry the bags; I had to either carry them myself or ask for help. Sometimes I want to request room service from the restaurant, but they ask me to come down just to make the payment, which is a bit inconvenient.

Second time in this nice hotel, my wife and I enjoy the great service, the cleanliness, and the convenient location.

Great hotel in chaoyang, it doesn't cost too much, is very clean and is very close to many important places to visit, highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located. The room was neat and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was no bar fridge in the room.

The hotel is located conveniently in the city center, near the famous Bj “pants” (CCTV headquarters). Staff is friendly, very helpful and quick to check us in, and help with our deliveries. There are also plenty places to eat and drink within walking distance. We stayed in a Queen room, it was about 25 sq m on average, quite spacious and way bigger than a regular hotel room in the center. However, the room amenities are quite poor: we had a toilet with facilities for disabled people, all the handles and protectors made it uncomfortable for us, especially traveling with a child - our toddler didn’t have any access to the sink. Also, the bathroom is quite old and with watermarks on the floor. The best part was the window view: there was a wall out of the window (on trip.com website page it was promised we’d see the buildings and city view) Overall, 4 out of 5

It’s located in CBD area, location is quite good. Hotel is new with window overlooking CCTV. The staff was really helpful and helped I check in earlier and called a taxi for us to the airport.

Good location, modern straightforward hotel. Breakfast buffet good but pretty cold. Overall good value and would stay again. Sculptures in lobby great!

Located downtown of Beijing. Wholly renovated. Everything is fresh and clean. Rooms are a bit small, but okey for solo travelers. A couple of fine arts are in the lobby.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is really nicely located and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size for one person and had good amenities. I would stay here again if come back to Beijing

I stayed here the night before my wedding day with a friend due to the close proximity of our venue at the embassy. It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was acceptable. After our wedding ceremony the staff kindly allowed us to change our clothes in an empty room which we really appreciated!

It was clean when I arrived. This time, the maid did not clean properly.
