Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Beijing

Every time we visit Beijing, we always stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, and the service we receive is excellent. The staff is friendly and courteous, which makes us feel comfortable, and the food at the Summer Palace is delicious. Raymond Mark

Comfortable stay with helpful staff. Lobby Manager 佟经理 is friendly & helpful, provided guide to activities in within town & helping us in the check in & check out processes. Hotel staff responded quickly to all the request even though it’s midnight hour. Will definitely visit to this hotel again!

The hotel is very close to the central train station and not far away from the Forbidden City. You can find a metro station within a couple of minutes walking. Upon check-in we got an upgrade to similar rooms, only to a higher floor, which was nice. The hotel has has nice rooms and nice facilities, the only thing is that it starts to look a little bit worn. So scuff marks at several places, airconditioning only blowing hot air, so we had to switch it off, lighting not working properly behind the bed and a safe not working, which was repaired. The room is big, has a great shower. The breakfast was good in the morning and there is a bar which is open between 9 in the morning and 9 in the evening. The hotel also offers a swimming pool, which is a little bit on the cold side with 29 degrees, but also offers a decent gym and in the dressing room there is a sauna and a hot bath. Overall a good hotel and hopefully it will be renovated in the nearby future.

I have generally only good things to say about my experience. The incredible upgrade from 2 rooms to an apartment was great. Breakfast buffet was included in my rate of choice, and it has one of the most amazing breakfast spreads I have seen. Location was already central and walkable mostly in mall to 2 adjacent MRT stations accessing 3 key MRT lines. I can only share one photo of 1 of the bedrooms, as the other room and my living room had my family inside. They even have fruit basket for me. My main minor gripe was that I wish they could also have provided disposable face masks that we then had to find ourselves. Face masks could help with the cold of winter that we underestimated. But all in all, it was really a great experience at Hyatt. Full marks !

We love this hotel for the location and the size of the room. The place is very luxurious but one thing that can be improved is the temperature for the rooms. They over used the heater and we had to ask to lower it. It still felt too warm. We asked them to open the room window but still it was too hot. The breakfast was very good with some room for improvement. The buffet looked cramped in an area of the restaurant. The location of some of the items wasn’t the most strategically. For instance, to grab some fruit you have to be practically on top of other items of the salad bar. People could literally breath on top of the food. Overall this hotel is great but it needs a major upgrade in the rooms and the wet area of the gym/pool. The showers there need some work. The steam room wasn’t working. Only the dry sauna worked. It need better cleaning as well

Building A was the original part of hotel with history. The room looks a bit dated. Booked high floor which avoided noisy tour group staying at lower floors. However, all balconies’ doors are locked so the view was limited. The balconies seems they haven’t been cleaned for long time. The check in was slow, especially if tour group checking in at the same time. Though the hotel on building A wasn’t as expected, I still recommend it for its location and convenience.

Lokasinya sangat baik, hanya 5 minit berjalan kaki dari Metro Line 4. Ia boleh dikunjungi dalam 4 hentian kereta api bawah tanah dari Stesen Kereta Api Beijing South. Terdapat pusat membeli-belah yang besar hanya dalam jarak beberapa minit berjalan kaki. Ia hanya sepuluh minit pemanduan dari Kota Larangan, Lorong Dongjiaomin, Kuil Baita dan tarikan lain, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk bersiar-siar. Bilik-bilik hotel adalah reka bentuk moden dan sangat bersih. Kakitangannya ramah dan bersemangat. Saya ingin memberikan apresiasi istimewa kepada pasukan Xiao Shen di kaunter penerimaan tetamu atas perkhidmatan mereka. Sarapan di hotel adalah pada bahagian yang lebih ringan, tetapi rasanya sangat mesra. Hotel ini sesuai untuk tetamu yang melancong ke Beijing atau dalam perjalanan perniagaan. Saya tidak sabar-sabar untuk tinggal di rumahnya lagi lain kali saya pergi ke Beijing.

Capital One hotel is a five star hotel with all the amenities you might want or need. The location is within walking distance to Tianamen and The forbidden City.  Chongwenmen subway station is less than 500 meters. The staff was super helpful Note: 我的中文不好😂）。 Already looking forward to another trip.

I recently stayed at the Xiyuan Hotel in Beijing and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions like the Beijing Zoo and the Summer Palace, making it an excellent base for sightseeing. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The view from my room was lovely, offering a nice glimpse of the city skyline. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's dining options were varied and delicious, with both local and international cuisine available. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a highlight, with a wide array of choices to suit all tastes. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and swimming pool, were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for staying connected. Overall, I highly recommend the Xiyuan Hotel for anyone visiting Beijing. It offers excellent value for money and ensures a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan perjalanan ini Saya agak bimbang apabila saya melihat ulasan negatif sebelum ini, tetapi penginapan saya kali ini sangat baik. Susun atur bilik adalah sangat atmosfera, setiap sudut sangat bersih (saya seorang yang mempunyai sedikit mysophobia), dan ia berasa sangat selesa. Pemandangannya cantik, dan saya nampak Avenue of Stars Suka👍. Terima kasih kepada kakak cantik Yang Xu Elly di kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan kualiti perkhidmatannya melebihi 100 mata. Kerana saya menaiki kereta api laju ke Beijing, saya dan keluarga tiba di hotel pada awal pagi selepas lebih 11 jam menaiki kereta api laju dan memasuki taman pada sebelah petang, kami ingin mendapatkan bilik dan. berehat dahulu (sebenarnya, kami tahu kami tidak boleh mendaftar masuk sehingga petang, dan ia adalah mustahil walaupun di hotel kami dapat mengatur bilik begitu awal, tetapi Elly masih mencuba sedaya upaya untuk mencari bilik yang sesuai untuk kami .
