The room is not large but perfectly well equipped with all you need. Spot on cleaning, very travellers friendly room,love the universal plug and bed side switch! Free minibar in your room and mid night snacks at the lobby. Breakfast is mostly Chinese style- carb heavy and lacking variety. Absolutely love the self serviced free laundry and drying in the lobby too! The staff is so nice and gone beyond to assist you! They’re pretty responsive and can be reached with WeChat! The only cons is the room smells like cigarettes which I find it pretty common across mainland China.

I had an incredible experience at Sofitel Beijing. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I especially loved the spa-like bathtub. My children enjoyed soaking in it after a long day of exploring the streets of Beijing. The hotel is located in a great area with plenty of delicious food options nearby, and the train station is just a short walk away. Jackie at the front desk was extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Thank you, Sofitel Beijing, for making our vacation so memorable!

Hotel is conveniently located near subway station and near most attractions in the city. The hotel is new and clean, friendly and helpful staff. there is a washer and dryer free for guests to use and this is helpful for us traveling as a family. Will come back here again.

Hotel yang saya temui secara tidak sengaja dahulunya ialah Beijing Overseas Chinese Hotel Bangunan ini direka oleh Encik Liang Sicheng dan mempunyai keindahan klasik Cina. Ia dibuka semula tahun ini Lokasinya sangat bagus. Ia hanya di seberang lorong kecil dari Stesen Beixinqiao di Laluan Metro 5. Kuil Yonghe, Kolej Imperial dan Guijie semuanya berdekatan. Bilik itu bersih dan kemas, dan peralatan tempat tidurnya sangat selesa. Kakitangan hotel menyediakan perkhidmatan yang sangat baik dan sarapan pagi mempunyai ciri-ciri Beijing lama. Terdapat minuman musim panas istimewa di lobi pada waktu siang dan bubur yang menyejukkan hati pada waktu malam. My flight was cancelled and I was forced to stay over in Beijing for the night. Hotel staff went for rhe extra mile and upgraded me to a bigger room and provided me with essential oils when I feedbacked about the adour in my previous room. The room was clean and spacious, facing Jingshan park view, its too bad I couldnt stay longer for the amazing view. The hotel staff was so attentive, very patient and very eager to help, she made me feel like a queen 😁 Spa garden was therapeutic and calming, I wish I could spend more time there. Lounge was a sexy area, I suggest to go at night time. Cocktail there was average. Gym was small, not comprehensive for an active person like me. I tried both their frenchcuisine Rive Gauche and the chinese cuisine Fu Chun ju. Services and staff were impeccable and polite. But if I can only choose one, its the chinese cuisine, their roasted pigeon was AMAZING! I visited Jingshan Park whic only 5 mins aw. 9/10 FOR THIS EXPERIENCE!

Overall nice hotel with a great location on the side of Sanlitun. There are a lot of restaurants in the vicinity as well as great shopping options that are fun to explore. Also you walk like 20mins to get to the club area near the other side of the stadium and you can have a lot of great evenings there. We liked our stay and the room had a mini bar and snacks that were restocked daily for free, also comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The ambient light is super nice and you can change it to a lot of colors.

We recently stayed at the Crystal Orange Hotel in Beijing, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the customer service was amazing. When we encountered a minor issue with the tap, they efficiently and promptly changed our room. Plus, the adorable robot delivering our waimai (takeout) to the room was super efficient! The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was super clean and thoughtfully provided with everything we needed, including a steamer for our wrinkled clothes. The only small challenge was the light combinations – turning on the bathroom lights would trigger other lights in the room, making nighttime trips to the toilet a bit tricky without waking up my partner. But aside from that, the room was cosy, sexy, and elegant – the perfect blend. While the location isn’t very convenient for sightseeing, the Crystal Orange is conveniently close to a metro station. So, getting around the city was still manageable. I highly recommend the Crystal Orange to anyone visiting Beijing. Their exceptional service and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable!”

Clean room and comfortable bed. The centralised aircon system can be further improved (stuffy at times). Easy access to public transport and convenient store.
