優點：大環境不錯，一個獨立的類似於度假村的所在，樓很新，裝修也新也算小資。滑草不錯。 缺點：服務跟不上，洗澡水流很小，稍微調大點水就涼了；端午節趕上熱天，空調居然沒有冷風，修到半夜12點還是沒有冷風，忍了將就吧，外邊冷，屋內卻很悶；一共才不到十家住户，晚餐餐廳忙不過來，開車去外邊吃了；早餐餡餅不錯，欠豐富，衞生希望跟上。停車場口處的馬路牙子希望抹平，進停車場輪胎蹭馬路牙子了。 總結：度假村的場所，農家樂的服務。注意細節，希望改進吧！
