這次帶妹妹來北京參加比賽 比賽場地偏僻 被迫無奈訂了這家酒店 剛到的時候前台兩個小姐姐態度很好 我定了兩晚的套房 房間裏衹有兩瓶礦泉水 我打電話問前台能否多送兩瓶 前台給到的答覆是衹能給一瓶 後續收費？ what？多要兩瓶水收費？住了這麼多年酒店了 四星 五星 超五星都住過 但是第一次聽説多送兩瓶水收費的！非常震驚，且不説你們給的水的品牌問題… 另外今天退房，前台不斷打電話催促退房（我提前向前台打電話説明推遲到2點退）孩子比賽時間問題 我們1點多才趕回來收拾 時間剛過2點前台就開始不斷打電話催促（20分鐘內打了起碼3個）老鐵？你是覺得我要賴着不走嗎？我後續幾晚定了麗思卡爾頓華貿店 我也巴不得過去住啊 但是現實問題是確實不能很快走啊 一直打電話催促能不能人性化一點啊… 最後就是覺得這兩天的酒店體驗配不上我付款的兩晚1000元房費！ 誇一下！負責打掃3樓房間衞生的客房阿姨非常好！非常好！以及26號、27號在前台值班的兩位小姐姐也很好！衹是28號前台人員讓我格外惱火😫 希望貴酒店可以做出人性化服務改善，不斷進步吧…
