Hotel Beijing dengan Kolam Renang

There were several service delivery lapses at the Horizon Club front desk that fell short of the expectations typically associated with a five-star hotel. These areas present opportunities for improvement.

I will be back to Beijing and stay at Xijiao Hotel. I like the location, near Tsinghualuxikou Metro Station, Tsinghua University, Wudaokou and a few restaurant around. Xijiao prepare 2 umbrellas inside the room. It will be very helpful when rainy days. The hotel also prepare warm ginger tea at the lobby hotel. Unfortunately, I just knew about this, 2 days before I left Xijiao. I stayed 8 nights at Xijiao. Thank You Xijiao.

The room 1545 was dated design. It was oak wood cabinets, and did not seem like a 5 star designed hotel. It was very clean, and had a 2 bedroom with washer/dryer in the kitchen area which was convenient. We arrived late and the front desk staff did not really help us at all. They did not welcome us, and just did the check-in transaction pretty impersonal. Later during the day the staff was much better. The location is the best in Beijing, close to Forbidden city, and tons of places to eat. Some of the best restaurants in the world are near by. The breakfast buffet could be larger and have more offerings - but even though sparse the food was good and the service was excellent. Literally no coffee machine in the room, just a tea pot for boiling water and some instant coffee! This was a huge disappointment. Also, we called Telephone 0 for front-desk and had to do it literally 15 times to get a hotel clerk. And also the clerk did not understand English but still answered the phone as ”Hello”. They should never say English words if they don't speak English. It makes it very frustrating. No ATM on site, but about 400m down the street at Bank of China. The taxi stand is down the hill but convenient, but don't use Hotel porter since they just call Didi for you. Could be better, needs to modernize - but fantastic location. Oh, the Patisserie / Coffee shop on Level 1 is excellent but not open until 10am. No idea why! The indoor pool is great - but you need to get a head cap for 30 RMB.

I had the best stay at this resort. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. As a foreigner sometimes you get anxiety communicating with front desk personnel’s but the two ladies at the front desk made it so easy and comfortable for me. She even came to my room to ask for my WeChat for Better communication of my needs during my stay. I will definitely be back. The environment is calm, the room is clean and it’s a perfect staycation or baecation. 10/10 would recommend.

I used to stay her regularly before the pandemic and have not been here in a long time. Glad to see they are able to uphold their quality and service. Wonderful experience. Good price for this seat !! Will stay here again when in Beijing !

This hotel has a grand lobby, but the big columns in the hotel are not as fantastic as shown in the online pictures. It was a bit disappointing. In addition, the elevators are very out-dated and tried to close when people were getting in. The elevators hit my husband multiple times. The room is also out-dated. But the location is unbeatable, right next to the Wang Fu Jing subway station.

Lokasinya sangat baik, hanya 5 minit berjalan kaki dari Metro Line 4. Ia boleh dikunjungi dalam 4 hentian kereta api bawah tanah dari Stesen Kereta Api Beijing South. Terdapat pusat membeli-belah yang besar hanya dalam jarak beberapa minit berjalan kaki. Ia hanya sepuluh minit pemanduan dari Kota Larangan, Lorong Dongjiaomin, Kuil Baita dan tarikan lain, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk bersiar-siar. Bilik-bilik hotel adalah reka bentuk moden dan sangat bersih. Kakitangannya ramah dan bersemangat. Saya ingin memberikan apresiasi istimewa kepada pasukan Xiao Shen di kaunter penerimaan tetamu atas perkhidmatan mereka. Sarapan di hotel adalah pada bahagian yang lebih ringan, tetapi rasanya sangat mesra. Hotel ini sesuai untuk tetamu yang melancong ke Beijing atau dalam perjalanan perniagaan. Saya tidak sabar-sabar untuk tinggal di rumahnya lagi lain kali saya pergi ke Beijing.

It was wonderful hotel and they help a lot. They can speak English. Happy to stay here. We didn’t have breakfast at hotel so I dont know about breakfast.

This hotel is very comfortable. The bed is plush and firm. The building was clean. The bathroom has a shower and tub. Television was suitable. The price is slightly high but average for the area. When I first tried do book, it was about 800 CNY so I went with a different hotel for cheaper. Then that hotel was not worth it so I came here. The price was better by getting there the same day versuses paying in advance so it was a great deal. I didn't see any of the Amenities or breakfast options since I only stayed overnight for an event in the area. I do recommend staying here. And I would stay here again!
