Hotel berhampiran Uniqlo (Sanlitun Flagship Store), Beijing

I liked the location a lot if you want to spend a night in sanlitun. My room was very nice and I was happy to have a window with city view. It was a little bit dusty but that’s the only small issue.

We booked this hotel for our friend’s bachelorette party. The location is right in the heart of Sanlitun, so you really can’t get a much better spot! 🤩 Only three of us slept in the room due to regulations, but the other 5 girls were able to check in as guests just for the party, and all went smoothly! The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the staff was very accommodating. We had a bit of confusion with the details of our booking, and a manager named Athena helped us sort everything out so smoothly. She made us feel welcomed, calm, and made our stay super comfortable. Fresh fruit was sent up to our room, and they accommodated us with extra champagne glasses.🥂 CHAO is such a luxurious hotel, and Athena was especially helpful and made our stay perfect. Thank you, Athena, and thank you CHAO! 💕

In the heart of Sanlitun, so great location for expats and regulars, but probably less so for first-time tourists. Nice modern design, clean, not very large rooms.

Room size & breakfast is good. Free usage of washer & dryer. The location is in between Sanlitun shopping area and DongDaQiao & TuanJieHu subway, around 15mins walk. If have big or heavy luggage, recommend to use TuanJieHu subway (line connects to SanYuanQiao AirPort Express line). The station has lifts from platform to station. Take exit D to 盈科中心, the mall has escalator to level one, use the exit near Wolfgang Steakhouse. There is small supermarket & a number of food choices at the mall’s basement.

Well, I was surprised to see the location, in the walking distance to sanlintun Street, surounded by numerous restaurants, even on the ground floor, there is a 24 hour Chinese restaurant. The hotel and the room were old but very clean. Despite, being located in tourist area, there was no sound in the room 👏.

Cleanliness was not desirable when compared to hotels in North America. But you will have to adjust your standards when it comes to cleanliness in China. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom was offputting and it made me wonder if they ever deep cleaned the place with professional cleaning supplies. While I had this issue throughout my trip, in retrospect this hotel was probably one of the least comfortable in terms of shower cleanliness; for that I have to give the hotel a 3 in cleanliness. The customer service was good if you could overlook that we had to go down to the front desk twice because of card issues, the first because the card opened another suite’s door when we mistakenly tried the wrong door. The second because our new cards didn’t open our actual door. The location couldn’t be any more convenient. It is only a few stations away after taking the airport express into the city. That is its main redeeming quality if you’re here for a short stay, which is enough to see the main unique sights of Beijing. They also had a robot deliver fruits to us which was an interesting gimmick found here and there in China but sometimes they can be annoyingly in the way of things.

Location very close Indonesian Embassy, and to other embassy in fact. Easy access and accommodation from everywhere. Very friendly staff. We booked tatami room, but when they saw us with the luggage, they help us to upgrade the room for easy access. Will return to this hotel again when visiting Beijing in the future.

Lokasinya sangat hebat, betul-betul di peringkat Pusat Dagangan Dunia dan sangat dekat dengan CBD. Mudah untuk ke mana-mana. Ia adalah bilik tidur pelan terbuka yang besar dengan meja tulis, sofa, katil double dan katil single. Terdapat bilik mandi untuk mandi, peti sejuk untuk menyimpan makanan, dan microwave untuk memanaskan makanan. Terdapat bilik gantung dan papan seterika. Kemudahannya lengkap dan ia adalah penginapan yang menyenangkan! ! !

I had a very pleasant stay and I also got a room upgrade and a late check-out for free. There are many good restaurants around the corner (5 minutes walk) and parking in the parking garage is free too. The staff is really friendly - thank you very much Jackie Yuan for the upgrades - I will come back soon.
