Very good experience. The room is spacious and clean and it also has free self service laundry room and dryer. Super convienient.

房間寬敞明亮，很乾凈，沒有雜音，床品非常舒服，睡眠體驗非常不錯。小鄔服務好 還送了小禮品 有眼罩耳塞 床很軟睡覺非常舒服 還送了牛奶 小冰箱飲料豐富而且免費 非常推薦！！！！

外地開車進京非常方便，樓下就是自有的停車場🅿️，有認真負責的工作人員在24小時管理👍酒店離五棵松地鐵口很近，如果是年輕人可以騎一個共享單車過去，中老年人走上15分鐘左右；酒店🏨工作人員聽口音許多都是陝西、甘肅、山西一帶的非常的質補；非常感謝五層保潔大姐、後勤維修工作人員，處理問題積極主動，彬彬有禮 體現了良好的服務素養👍👍👍 ；酒店一層餐廳的菜品定價有點略高😹菜品基本都是百元以上，豆腐記得是48，木須肉58；紅燒肉168、麪是28一碗；住客菜品打8折；如果不是特別趕時間，可以在地鐵站周圍吃或者是出酒店右轉去“西點茂”裏面吃或者是五棵松上品折扣周圍飯店吃；酒店對面就是一個小超市，方便麪、雪糕都有

We were given a room with cigarette smell and got changed instantly. Shower room and toilet are separated and spacious. Clean and comfortable beds, friendly staff and efficient service. MTR and bus stops are nearby and it was easy to get a taxi too. Will stay again next time.

家人在301住院治療，以301為原點劃圈，這裡是到301步行距離最近，通行最方便和安全，所幸住宿條件也是最好的便利酒店。具體位置酒店大門11點方向20米即是301東南門，夜間通行也很安全。酒店設施簡單，實用的都有，衞生搞的好。淋浴間隔離很好，水量充沛，這點本人頗中意。

各方面都不錯 愛音樂的人更加適合有各種音樂設備可以放音樂包括洗澡的時候，我試了但是那個不好使，也沒麻煩前台。早餐很不錯 但是隔音方面其實不好，因為房間集中，暖風空調上熱很慢，還有一個問題別的房間的洗浴會影響我房間的花灑出水，但是也就一段時間就過去了我就沒管

The toilet bowl cannot flush with toilet paper in it. Need to call plumher to clear. Fridge not connected to plug and reception unwillingly ask technician to go up to plug for us. When we take shower, the water flooded the wash basin area.

If I did not know better, I would suggest there is a scam going on at this hotel . . . . I booked a room with Lake View, High Floor (11 - 26), 32m² size - Upon checking in to the hotel, I was told that my requested room type was not available but as compensation, they had upgraded me - Good news 👍 I go to the upgraded room - Low floor, city view, small room - Certainly not an upgrade! I immediately went to reception and expressed my concerns about this room upgrade and was advised that all of sudden, without expectation, my requested room type was now available - Amazing! The hotel is very ostentatious, but it is really just for show and has little substance behind it, as it is a shambles - The room quality is poor for a hotel with such grand ideals - Poorly maintained, worn and regarding some of the technology, outdated, The worst was breakfast - Absolute carnage as there was no organisation or control of breakfast diners by the staff - They allowed customers into the dining room even when there was no space for them, and this results in people wandering around with food looking for somewhere to sit. Tables were not cleared promptly, food serving areas were not tidied or cleared promptly either - To make it worse, parents allowed there children to 'play' with the coffee machines, which meant that customers had to wait - Again, staff did nothing to prevent the children playing. If you intend to stay at this hotel my recommendations are - 1. Make sure you get the room you have booked and pay for 2. Inspect the room before accepting 3. Go to breakfast either early or late to avoid the carnage Location is just OK - Nothing within walking distance, but a short taxi ride away There are many, many better quality and better value places to stay in Beijing than this hotel . . . . .

Good hotel near the school. Room is small but sufficient for having a good sleep. The room service people were also very patient and very nice to us.

The room was nicely designed and nothing can beat that location! Everything was clean* and people were very respectful. The only minuses would be the slightly cigarette smell in the room and the clogged shower drain, but of those 2, the shower drain was the bigger problem, and it is easy to fix. (and, of course, a small fridge would do wonders, but I believe it is not that common in Chinese hotels)
