Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan Rocks of Beirut yang menjadikannya tempat yang sempurna dan dekat dengan semua destinasi, dan saya mengesyorkan ini kepada semua orang.

The hotel staff were very nice. The room was soso. But the bathroom was dirty and they have flies and insects inside. Flying everywhere. Even though they said will get back to me but they didn't.

One of the best hotels. The location is perfect. Close to all the interesting areas in Beirut. The hotel staff are professional and approachable. The room was super clean and spacious

My recent stay at the Raouche Arjaan by Rotana in Beirut was truly delightful The hotel itself is a gem, offering stylish and spacious accommodations, However, I faced a problem during my stay but Thankfully, the Director of Front Office, Mr. Nour, stepped in and completely turned things around. His empathy and willingness to go the extra mile to resolve the issue were truly impressive. He listened attentively, understood my concerns, and took decisive action to find a solution that left me completely satisfied, and I appreciate the hotel staff kindness. receptions and bellboys

Great service and location Breakfast was very good The only thing is there is a lot of people begging around there

Hotel well located. Furnishing are dated but beds comfortable. Shower needs to be redone as shower glass has mold and looks bad. Just needs to be updated. Staff kind and helpful.

The property is dated, the rooms can use a major renovation. The staff however is very friendly and helpful.

We had stayed on this property for two weeks including three other couples. I was communicating with Joelle for the past month or so prior to arriving. Joelle had provided us with full respect & outstanding services including the whole departments lof of Rotana Raouche. Thank you all and every dep. For the outstanding quality of services.
