Premier Inn Belfast Titanic Quarter

Location is good. The room was spacious. Would prefer a harder bed. There’s a mall beside the hotel hence there are some food options.

First of all all Premier Inns are somewhat the same but this Premier inn exceeded my expectations. I Stayed as a family o four for two nights and staff couldn't do enough to help 'especially RUTH ' I left my glasses in my car in Manchester so needed to buy some urgently, ruth not only pointed me in the right direction but also offered to drive me into the city center after her shift finished! I didn't take up the offer as really enjoyed the walk . Room was great , food and drink was also great and the hotel was in easy walking distance for the titanic experience. Thank you

Perfect stay. Everything from the bedrooms with the new purple lights in the bathroom to the staff and service at both breakfast and dinner was perfect. Close to the sse arena and the titanic museum, with a spar shop just round the back for any snacks for bed time

I heard so many good reviews on this hotel but sadly not the experience we want to remember. Upon arriving welcome was good , room very nice but bed surprising quite hard unlike other premier inn stays. There was a fault with the air con system and my wife’s hairdryer was cutting out . The morning after I reported this and only to be advised that there was no breakfast available due to kitchen issue. At the time they could not give an answer when this would be up and running and whether this would be the same that evening and day after. I requested a refund on all breakfast fees, only to be arrogantly questioned as to why I should have a refund as they were offering a continental breakfast. I abruptly mentioned that I WANT A HOT MEAL ! Reluctantly a refund was offered. I questioned about my air con and hair dryer, I was advised that no one on site to repair or look at and no other rooms available as fully booked , This was a special romantic break away with my new wife but your staff have ruined that experience 😡

Booked for its convenience of being near the Titanic Experience and between the airport and the city. Yes, good for location but that's pretty much it. Transport: you may as well stay in the city as any convenient transport is a ten minute walk back to the centre anyway. Car parking ridiculously expensive. Food: expensive in the limited restaurants nearby so better in the city. Rooms: ok except for the noise. If it wasn't the screaming, shouting and motorbikes revving into the late evening, it was the heavy traffic, including delivery lorries reversing, from about 3.30am onwards. I don't think I've had such a shocking sleep in a Premier Inn. Double glazing may as well not be there and we were on a high floor. Basically, book somewhere else.
