The Woodside Inn

The Woodside inn is a fantastic place to stay,it has 16 rooms very spacious and below is the bullion restaurant which has excellent choice of food, it has live music and karaoke from thursday to Saturday you will need to book a table for those nights. The owner is Garin Velho really nice guy, and his staff are equally nice stayed for 3 and a half weeks, no complaints everything great, one other thing they have a great pool with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas sarounded by a nice garden.will definitely be back .

wonderful experience in all terms, the food - finger licking,the ambience and the live music indeed was awesome. Budget friendly staycation. Someone who likes to click pictures, they have small play area for kids and nice swings for adults too

I recently stayed at The Woodside Inn in south goa in Dec 2024. My overall experience was quite good, however there were some unexpected issues occurs, but staffs responded well to fix those issues and cooperated very well. Location is good, property is decent. It has nice pool, rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

It's near by Belanium beach and colva beach. staff is very helpful and friendly. it's very good for family

red ants in the room, everywhere. housekeeping making excuses when asked to clean the room. buffet breakfast falsely advertised. staff proactively asking for tips. owner too busy with his mercedes and foreigners. unwanted loud music till 11:30 because of other functions held at the hotel.

The location was the only thing that was good about this place. We had good restaurants in close proximity. For food, amenities & services, let me list down things one at a time. I had booked a superior room with pool view with balcony - i did get a room on the 2nd floor, no lift, and the balcony is basically a room with an open window covered with blinds. The room is filled with ants including your bedding the closet doors are arched so they don't close. When asked to clean the room they say they have fixed timings and when asked to clean it during the timings they say they will do it later. My phone data worked better than their wifi. On my last evening in goa, the hotel was booked for a roce ceremony, which means unwelcome loud music till 11:30 i had breakfast included in the package which as per pictures outside the hotel shows sausages and bacon. To my surprise, there was nothing as such, instead you get idli, puri bhaaji. Don't trust the staff for your travel arrangements, not only do they charge you extra, white number plate vehicle, they ask for tips proactively. Specifically talking about rakesh. I asked him to arrange a cab for my flight early morning and even though i spoke to the driver, confirmed everything. The driver didn't arrive. When i called rakesh l, he said he can send another driver for a lot more money. I almost missed my flight had it not been for goa miles which came to the rescue. Hopefully the owner reads this as i will not recommend this place to anyone.
