been awhile.. a lot has changed.. Deluxe Room/Premium Room facilities never fails except those standard room i bet they filled with pests.

The FO staff is nice and friendly, work fast, and when i check in, the hotel is crowd, turn out this hotel was usually use for government gathering event. When i checkout i notice there are 2 school event on the same day celebrate graduation day. The hotel rate is good rate for planning events here. I also get good price deal through this apps. On weekend so many tourist stay here and they also provided shuttle bus on schedule. I like the welcome drink, it taste good. THE ROOM SIZE IS BIG and spacious even for superior type of room, on other hotel it might be deluxe size already. For Family, i guess this hotel is verry good to bring kids, because they got swimming pools for adults and kids. The communal toilet on first floor is clean, and they took fire hazard prevention verry seriously, because i notice some spot is well equipped with the fire extinguisher and big water hose. Even they got staff scheduled on board written not far from swimming pools access. They got billiard tables for guest to play and live music every night when i stay there. They got Pub/Club if want to spend time with friends. I like the room, because its soundproof, complete amneties, fast dry hair dryer and clean bathup. I wish i can put more photos than 20 picture. Near Golden Prawn Restaurant, walking distance. Even the security guard is polite and always smile. Verry good service. Its worth every penny to stay at this hotel. I really recommend to stay here. Dont get fooled by outside old looks, because inside interior is well maintain.

My 2 Nights was pretty much Settled, Hotel Location was Okay - 10 Mins Drive to Nagoya Inner Cities. Although for Interior, Room grooming can be improve.. I caught 3 tiny pests or roaches lurking around on the Tv Desk and went onto the floor. I would likely consider staying in this Hotel, maybe in the Future. Overall imma give this a 7.4 out of 10.

Saya sangat suka lokasi hotel. Daftar masuk mengambil masa lebih lama daripada yang saya jangkakan. Tiada sistem giliran yang betul. Mana-mana pelanggan boleh terus beratur untuk daftar masuk. Tidak akan mengesyorkan untuk kekal jika anda kurang tidur. Bunyi seakan mampu meresap ke segenap sudut bilik. Boleh mendengar bunyi mangkuk tandas dan bunyi pancuran mandian dari bilik lain juga. Pilihan sarapan pagi sangat terhad dan tidak mencapai standard berbanding hotel lain yang mengenakan caj yang sama.

Sarapan boleh menjadi lebih baik dengan lebih banyak jenis. Makanan yang baik walaupun. Kakitangan boleh dilatih dengan lebih baik. Saya mempunyai beberapa masalah untuk menyewa pelampung kanak-kanak. Tetapi, kakitangan yang ramah. Ia boleh berjalan kaki ke kedai dan kafe berdekatan. Berhati-hati pada waktu malam kerana jalannya agak gelap. Menyediakan tuala kolam boleh membantu. Sila kekalkan perabot dan fasad kerana kita dapat melihat bahawa ia semakin tua dan berkarat. Ia akan menjadi lebih teruk pada masa hadapan jika tidak dikekalkan. Nikmati kedamaian n ketenangan. Tetapi kelab berdekatan boleh menjadi terlalu bising pada waktu malam sehingga 2 pagi. Saya melihat seekor ular kecil di bawah salah satu vila. Jadi berhati-hati sahaja. Ia adalah tempat alam semula jadi.

Bilik besar & bersih dengan TV skrin rata. Kelemahannya ialah tiada selipar pakai buang untuk tandas. Dari segi lokasi, 10/10. Banyak kedai makan & kedai serbaneka berdekatan. Terdapat juga pasar malam di sekitar kawasan itu. Untuk aktiviti, terdapat go-kart, karnival, taman tema air & banyak lagi untuk anda nikmati. Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal. Kami telah tinggal di sini selama 5 hari & keseluruhannya berpuas hati dengan pengalaman kami.

Ini pertama kali kami sekeluarga ke Batam. Pilihan hotel saya sgt tepat location hotel dekat dgn ferry Batam centre. Disekeliling hotel dekat dgn kedai makan. Perkhidmatan mesra pelanggan. Ibu penyambut tetamu & Tuan punya hotel sgt mesra pelanggan. Harga yg berpatutan. Location hotel dekat dgn pusat bandar Batam.

Not a bad hotel with gym and swimming pool . Near to batam center ferry terminal. But only one small shop near the hotel . Showering water might leak out a little due to low flooring . Elderly might need to take note .
