Last min booking, Be prepared be dropped a good walking distance away from this apartment/hotel, ( not ideal with disabilities) its £100 euros cash deposit on check in. *Cockroches in entrance via shop* Room basic claustrophobic, AC vents so dirty I'm worried about legionnaires disease, plus needs lots diy doing, place is dirty, pillows need chucking an lack off pillows * Had go buy essential cleaning products so could clean before using kitchenbathroom* no cooker only hob * And your on a Water meter so no long showers if more than 3ppl. Wifi only in room nearest door. Thin walls, can constantly hear chairs being scrape on floor, if kids above here them running around. Still good walking distance away to new town an English pubs. Ruined holiday, as we had spend all are time out of the room, its not a place can chill an rest before going out for a night. Depressing

Perfect location, but poor rooms. Couldn't be better sited right in the centre of Benidorms' vibrant old town. However (apart from the decent breakfasts), that's where the positivity ends I'm afraid. There's an atrium that runs through the centre of the corridors that makes every little noise sound like an echo chamber. Also it gives the look of Prisoner Cell Block H! The bedroom windows back onto this atrium gantry so you hear everything. There can't be any soundproofing because the snory guy in the next room sounds like he's a diesel tractor revving up in my wardrobe! The whole place smells of ganga when you open the balcony door which has a view of nearby apartments. And finally, I've never slept (or rather hardly slept) in such a rock hard bed. I know it's a budget place, but there are far better nearby for the same price.

I stayed at Avenida apartments in the center of Benidorm, and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-kept. The terrace was a lovely surprise, offering beautiful views and a great spot to relax after a day out. Another great perk is that guests can use the bar in the hotel located just across the street, which was super convenient. The staff were fantastic—really friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a well-located place to stay in Benidorm. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Excellent location and nice apartments with everything you need for your holiday. The staff is soo friendly and will do anything to help you. Very clean and with fresh towels every 2nd to 3rd day. Would recommend to anyone and would certainly come back again.

What a vile hole. Arrived as if we stepped into the 70s. They wanted 100 euros off us deposit. Went up in the cargo lift and arrived at (as someone as already said) the HMP Avenida. Do not trust the pics. The bar and restaurant is the hotel opposite. Our room which we stayed in for 5 minutes before leaving smelt of dead corpses. Mold on ceilings and stains on bed sheets. How can people stay in this abomination of a so called 2 STAR hotel. I couldn't even rate this as a minus 5 star hotel. After we left there was quite a few other couples who didn't last the night either.

3 adults sharing a 1bed room apartment. at the time of booking the 'reviews sounded good and the few pictures that are available made the apartment seem like a barging' Well what a total disapointment!! if i could give them a zero or less i would!! When you go to check in they ask you for a 100euro deposit!! no mention of that on the easyjet website!! threw our stay the lift broke twice that i know of. The noise from the tv in the apartment next door to us was way to loud to hear our own tv!!! this went on till 3am most mornings with them in the other aprartment shouting to each other or singing loudly!! after complaining to the guy on the front desk he spoke to them and the tv went off for a few hours but then came back on till very early in the morning!! one of our party had put some brand new white socks on and they only walked from the bed room to the living room and their (what was brand new white socks) were totally black and this was on the day we checked in even my black socks were filthy as hell from just walking in the apartment! the sofa bed in the living room is very low but then when you go to use it u relise theres no sheets, pillows & not even a blanket to cover you up and keep you warm as theres no heating in the apartment!! the mattress (thats if you can call it that!!) is so dam thin you feel the metal frame of the sofa bed beneath it... the beds in the bed room the mattresses on them were also thin and very uncomfy to sleep on.. thank god it wasnt warm enough to use the aircon as the filter looks like its NEVER BEEN CLEANED!! its so thick with dust & muck..GROSS!! a poss danger to health if used!! the apartment is riddled with cockroaches and bugs.
