Flash Hotel Benidorm - Recommended Adults Only 4 Sup

Just had the best 5 days hol in this lovely hotel, everything was spot on, the room,the food, the pool and the icing on the cake was Gary the poolside dj, so much fun really livened everyone up and an alround nice guy , we will be back ...cheers to all.

Another great stay at the Flash hotel. No kids which I love and the staff are great. I want to say a particular thank you to Brenda in the restaurant, she is always so helpful and cheerful. I preferred the entertainment last year but it was still good. Thanks for a lovely stay.

All the staff across the hotel are very attentive, the bar staff deserve extra praise they can only serve one person at once and some of the guests while we stayed there were a little impatient in waiting for a drink 😆. The hotel is kept very clean and tidy at all times. The rooms are comfortable, the shower in our room needs a little attention to the mixer as it did go from comfortable to insanely hot🥵. The lifts in the hotel serve twelve floors with a few hundred people staying there so expect a wait if you’re on the higher floors. If you fancy a swim the pool is slightly on the cool side, a couple of degrees warmer it would be perfect, I found the sea a lot warmer to go into. Overall I would recommend staying at the Flash this was the second time in three months we’ve stayed there and will visit again in the near future P.S. the entertainment in the main bar area a great watch and very varied in styles.

This is the 3rd visit to this hotel but this visit was a let down from checking in to checking out I ordered some champagne and a Lemon cake for my daughters birthday but it wasn’t in the room they kept asking are you sure you haven’t had it so we said do you want to come in the room and check eventually they came up and brought a sparkling rose and a cake that was clearly what they had made for the restaurant it was awful it was marshmallow not even a proper cake we had to change rooms because they wasn’t enough beds for 3 of us so had to pack our things up and wait another 3 hours before room was ready then been in room one day and our friend who isn’t well sat down on the bed and one of the legs broke and she fell onto floor and hurt her back then another friend went to the pool toilets and got stuck as the handle broke off also they wasn’t any soap in them so had to ask again these are things that should not be overlooked we had some furniture broke no door on the fridge silicone splattered down tiles in bathroom on our last day maid didn’t even bother making our beds up so had to go to reception and complain again food not that good if you didn’t get down early it’s was just warm the meat station was a joke I got a piece of meat and the sharpest knife wouldn’t have gone through it so ended up with miss match food again it as really gone down I would say it isn’t anywhere near a 4* hotel sorry flash but you need to have a walk round the rooms and address all the damaged furniture and the things that’s wrong also outside our room in the corridor the tiles was missing it looked awful

Very polite hospitable staff. The hotel was spotless and the food was excellent, clean kitchen and dining area and always well-cocked food. Never overcrowded plenty of room at the pool. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything you could need. I would definitely recommend the Flash Hotel to my friends and family.

Great hotel and lovely staff. Good choice of food and room very nice and clean good area for entertainment and near the indoor market hotel entertainment each night is also very good. Pool area very nice and happy hour is a good bonus. Would recommend flash hotel

This is the second time we have stayed at The Flash in the past 12 months. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel is because it's adults only. The Flash is a very modern looking hotel with large, clean rooms but we feel the bathrooms could be updated a little. The hotel is situated directly across from Morgan's bar which is very lively and noisy and the rooms at the front of the hotel which are across the road are well sound proofed (we stayed at the front the first time and over looking the pool on our second visit which we found at times noisy as you can hear noise from the Sol Pelicanos which is next door to The Flash). The food we found varied - a different country every night but I did struggle with the variety of choices as I don't like hot, spicy food so ended up eating salad most days. The staff in the restaurant were always very friendly and helpful as were the reception staff. There are also plenty of sunbeds to go around which is a plus, the only thing we didn't like was having to pay 1 euro for your plastic glass at the poolside bar. We kept our glass with us every day so we didn't have to keep paying for it, there was a sign up telling you about this but a lot of people were oblivious to it. The hotel is in a good location for entertainment and bars and only 1 street away from the sea front. II definitely would recommend this hotel especially as it's for adults only.

First time staying in Flash. Bedroom was great. Bed very comfy and huge. Great pool vibe. Gary was great. My friend even did a playlist which Gary happily played. Sunbeds not the best. Old and sagged in the middle. Staff were lovely and worked very hard. Great Happy hour twice a day. Food not great. We were full board. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice. Lunch and Dinner not so good. Shame as lots of effort went into the little desserts etc. Great location. I would stay here again but not full board.

Amazing hotel. I am disabled. And the hotel was in the heart of everything. Staff very friendly it’s that good we’re going back again in September. Was easy to get sunbeds. Food was good. Just had a great time. 2 minutes to the beach. Plenty entertainment.
