Loved this hotel, prefect location for our 5 night getaway. Great clean hotel with lovely staff would definitely return !

Bon Jour

Very pleased with my experience at The Bristol. Requested before arriving a quite room (light sleeper), a room with two beds (traveling with a friend) and a balcony (had read some rooms don't have a balcony). The Hotel fulfilled all requests, so was very happy and they were able to check us in early when we arrived. The room was very modern and spotlessly clean. Powerful a/c, English TV, Kettle, very cold fridge and powerful shower. All boxes ticked. Breakfast had everything you required including back bacon. Another box ticked. As we booked direct with the hotel we had a free room safe and also free tickets to the Benidorm Palace!! Or for the younger at heart you can have waterpark or theme park tickets instead. The hotel is very modern and clean throughout. All the staff are very helpful and pleasant. The only negative is the pool area and pool is very small. Staff do monitor unused sunbeds and will remove towels which is a good thing. Wasn't an issue for us as we don't tend to sunbathe. The hotel location suited us with it being in the Old Town away from the rowdiness of the ***** but still walkable. Plenty shops and old town bars around the area and a supermarket next door. Hotel offered good value for money and is on my list to return next year.

Fantastic hotel.Fantastic location.Great staff. Stayed at the Bristol for 2 weeks.We booked a junior suite and glad we did.If you like to sunbathe then the private roof terrace that you get access to is worth its weight in gold.so would highly recommend plus your fridge gets topped up part of what you paid daily. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we wasn’t disappointed in any way. Hotel was very Spanish populated but that had no relevance to us and everyone was nice. Restaurant was good.Head of operations was Juan Carlos.Absolute lovely guy.Met you at the door on every visit and gave it the professional touch.Always talked and always had a smile.Another mention from the restaurant was Luis another great character.Lola was another lovely person in there.Food was good quality and we didn’t ever have any trouble finding something to eat.Breakfast was a little busy but where isn’t it busy in a decent size hotel.Fresh omelettes cooked to order if you like that,which I do so perfect.Plenty of options. Location is right at the entrance of the old town.So easy to get everywhere from there.We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel. If u want sun then book a suite or delux room or you will only have access to the pool on the 2 nd floor which becomes very shady at different times of the day. Great hotel with good sized room and bathroom with a fridge too! Nice balcony view over the pool Helpfully staff! Lovely food both breakfast and evening with different hot and cold options especially in evenings to suit all! Definitely recommend for something a bit stylish near to the old town Just a few mins and you’re on the promenade! Quite location handy fir both old and new town nightlife!

The location of The Bristol hotel is within walking distance of the promenade and shopping. It has a small outdoor swimming pool and a few sun beds. The bedrooms are very comfortable and well equipped, but because of the hotel’s location, many of them have street views. The breakfast, lunch and dinners are served from a buffet. It changes daily and the dishes are very tasty. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

What a hotel absolutely fantastic is how I would describe it. From start to finish everything was 5*. The rooms are spotless towels as white as snow cleaned every day to an impeccable standard, All staff polite from reception, dining room, bar area, cleaners. The food is plentiful, even the fussiest eaters would find something to eat there. Great outdoor space for a morning cup of tea or evening drink whilst people watching. Location was perfect. Supermarket next door which is handy. We’ve already decided to return next year as we had an incredible holiday.
