Very clean and great staff. Lovely place. Would highly recommend for families with young children as lots to do for them. Towels and bedding changed regularly. Lovely views, large balconies and spacious apartments. Drinks in the bar also affordable. Food very nice.

This place is OK. There are good and bad points. The apartment is a good size and was nice and clean but there was a few things that could do with fixing up a bit. The cleaners only cleaned once in the 5 nights we were there but that was OK for us. The shower was great and there was everything you need to cook/eat and drink in the apartment. We booked as a couple with a child but it was 2 single beds so we just moved the table and pushed the beds together. The female staff were lovely and friendly but the male staff were a bit more grumpy. We booked via Jet2 who informed us that there would be entertainment every night but when I enquired with reception, we was told that it was only on once whilst we was there. We was pre-warned that the out door pool would be shut but I asked at reception about the outdoor play area for my daughter and they said that would be available, unfortunately that wasn't the case because when we took her, it was all taped off so that was disappointing. The downstairs games area looked a bit drab and could do with a refurb. It just felt a bit flat down there but my daughter enjoyed the couple of rides and air hockey. The on site shop was OK for emergencies but it was only open 9-5. Now, the infamous hill. The easiest way to describe it would be it depends on the individual. I've read reviews that it's terrible and reviews saying it's not that bad. I am an unhealthy 30odd year old and after 2 days, I hated it yet my partner who is 16 years OLDER than me was perfectly fine with it and even carried our 4 year old on his shoulders one night. She also only complained once and that was after a long day so it does definitely depend on the individual on how bad it is. Personally, if I was to stay here again, it would be in season with our daughter just due to the lack of things to do for her or it would be fine for a couple but to be honest, I doubt I would book this place again. Not for any bad reasons in particular, it's just not for us.

Hotel was spotless staff really friendly in particular alicia that was they're waiting on us every meal time she was really quick and friendly between alicia and edgar and reception staff made my family feel at home also hotel felt secure with night time patroller henry there was lots more staff i just didn't get there names will definetly come back with my family .....home from home

This apartment is amazing, the rooms are very big, the pool is amazing, they have entertainment on every night, there are pool tables, getting the staff to call you a taxi is very simple and easy, there is a shop downstairs which is very useful, I would definitely come here again, highly recommend this apartment x

Had a lovely stay entertainment was brilliant , fantastic for kids and family’s , snake reptile show brilliant, got my partner up on stage, scared him half to death , got some good videos and memories to take home , thank you very much for a amazing stay , plus food was lovely my partner is so fussy and he actually ate

Lovely an spacious room , bit dated but overall all was nice an friendly , food was average , not much entertainment on , still enjoyed my stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very clean and rooms were comfy and kept clean. Great wifi We found the breakfast and dinner buffet pleasant and lunch at the pool bar very good. Games room, pool slides and some activites during the day, decent entertainment at evening great for kids. Kids club in the late afternoon too- We walked into old town and new town a few evenings and lunch times and got a taxi back most of the time was a nice walk down and the one time we walked back wasnt too bad with all good mobilty - beach is lovely

Do not read the bad reviews, I think they must have stayed somewhere else. Hotel is lovely and clean, reception staff were fantastic and all other staff great. We stayed on a B & B basic, plenty of choice, only gripe is that hot food wasn’t piping hot, but you usually get that on a Buffet. Apartment was really spacious with everything provided for a self catering stay. We are quite fit people and yes it is about a 20/30 minute walk to town but walked down everyday and taxis back. Went to the Zoo, really good and bookable through reception. All in all great mini break away, avoid the doubters and give it a go yourself

Rooms very clean, nice and quiet at night. Close to sea front if don't mind a walk up hill. Ideal if staying with kids. Very nice hotel will be returning in future food not the greatest but is ok. Could have more entertainment on a night as it's fairly the same. Other than that highly recommend. Staff are great!

Great accommodation in quieter part of town. Very clean and well-maintained. Great pool and quiet bar. An up hill 10 minute walk from the beach front. Great local park 5 minutes away with kids' playground and adult outdoor gym. Local street market at park on Wednesday. Dialprix supermarket fairly close.

Its four weeks now since our holiday at this lovely Hotel. Just the type of place we love. Quiet, clean, comfortable, with lovely helpful Staff. Its location may not be to everybody's requirements as its two plus klm from the sea front. |A descent down a gradual sloping road, but the walk back up to the Hotel could be off putting for some of the elderly clients. (Not all though i'm sure). The Hotel Appartments are spacious with a good sized kitchen area, and a good sized double bedroom, plus the fact there is a balcony is a real bonus. I'm sure we will return. BevandFras.

Had an amazing time 7th to 14th of May ,my sister and I our in are sixties and we were a bit worried about being a bit out of the way but its manageable .The staff are amazing nothing to much trouble they would order us a taxi every morning which cost between 5 and 10 euros depending where we wanted to go .We ate in every night as the the evening meal was 14 euros each including all drinks, wine / fruit juices/beer /water /fizzy drinks we thought food was great ,i am veggie and plenty of choice for me ,it was nice to eat fresh food rather than fast food all the time .Mini market reasonably priced and bar drinks no dearer than in town and cleaning done twice while we where there .Entertainment every night kids entertainment then Quiz or bingo then shows which were great special shout out to Karina for the energy she put into every thing the rooms are big with a full sized kitchen so you do not need to eat out .Pool every age can use kids will love it .

Bed hard, sofas hard. The pictures on here are dated, there is a fencing around the pool which closes at 6pm, the bar is not the same picture the decor is gloomy. Snacks have to be ordered before 2.30 as kitchen closes at 3pm. No bars or shops nearby, have to walk down a hill to nearest supermarket and the hill is a killer coming back up, has so much potential but not used to its full advantage. The staff were polite, the cleaning staff were exceptional. Very clean complex, could do with more entertainment then the bar closes about 11pm

Just got back from our 2nd time there and will be booking again for next year, reception staff are friendly and helpful, housekeepers work hard, rooms v clean, towels and bedding changed regularly, the food this year was incredible, well done to the chefs! our main reason for returning to terralta is how the bar and catering staff made us feel so welcome. Allesia and Josep keep up your amazing work, you made meal times extra special with your big smiles and beautiful personalities. See you next year 😊 The hill to the town is hard going for those with mobility problems, there are benches on the way so you can sit and rest if you need to (nicknamed cardiac hill) but there is a regular bus service up to 9pm cost 1.60€ to go to the new town and a taxi only cost us 7€, not bad if you're sharing with family/friends.
