무인텔이지만 체크인, 체크아웃 불편함 없었고 주차공간이 2~3자리가 있는데 빈자리가 있어서 렌터카도 문제없이 주차를 할 수 있었고 좁은 골목안쪽이지만 3분만 걸어 나가면 돈키호테 벳부점이 있어 가깝게 쇼핑하기도 좋았습니다."

"ดีมากๆ เหมาะมากกับกรุ๊ปของเรา 5คน มีที่เที่ยวที่กินล้อมรอบ ห้องใหญ่มาก อุปกรณ์ครบครัน ตัด 1คะแนนตอน check in เพราะไม่ส่ง passcode มาให้ ต้องโทรตาม และบริการแจ้งกลับช้าไปหน่อย นอกนั้นก็ดีหมดเลย มีที่จอดรถให้ด้วย"

"Nice self check in hotel. Received the check in code in morning of check in. This hotel has no elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs. We were lucky to get the ground floor unit. Good laundry facilities with washing machine, washing power, dryer inside the bathroom. Cooking facilities was good. Clean and beds were comfy."

"酒店離海地獄很近，就在鐵輪的中心位置很方便。老闆人非常熱情，可以説一些英文，知道我們來自中國他很開心，並向我説他很喜歡三國演義。酒店周圍的温泉很棒，門口還有一個地獄蒸鍋設備可以自己買食材進行蒸制，酒店有小廚房提供餐具和鍋具，非常推薦去他家體驗一下。"

"今次安排住2樓，整體很乾淨很舒服不過地板行路會大聲一點會影響樓下，所以必須要放慢腳步，另外建議在凳腳加上保護套減低聲浪，另外廚房設備齊全很乾淨"

"如果在這平台上面訂這民宿，請好好注意一下，是沒有接待處，而且這平台也不會主動幫你搭橋問業主，所以必需主動早一天問客服，門口密碼是什麼，我到了才發現是自助的。但卻沒有人包括客服通知我。我在等客服及業主及密碼電郵，最後等了30分鐘才進去酒店。真的浪費我時間。
關於這民宿有洗衣機我覺得是加分的，床是舒服的。浴室也沒有大問題。只是進門口當下建議大家先主動找客服問密碼。"

Room - clean and large, very new.
Service - guest experience agent in concierge is awesome! I really appreciate the service Ami provided. The restaurant recommendations/ books have been very smooth. English communication is also great! Hassin sushi (八新壽司） is a must go omakase sushi place while typpenyaki place recommended also provided excellent quality wagyu beef. We also tried western style breakfast recommended (莊園小町） Super nice too!
Onsen - very new with splendid view. Just some business visitors from south east Asia who are not familiar with onsen rules were very noisy.
Food - breakfast is quite nice - suggest trying it outside.
Location - needs to driver around 10-20 mins to the restaurants in the city but overall all ok
Free valet parking is good.
Overall excellent experience!

정정형근I recently stayed at a hotel booked through Trip.com, and while the location, cleanliness, and facilities were quite nice, I had a very disappointing experience with the service provided by the hotel staff.
When I booked the hotel, the description on Trip.com (in Korean) clearly indicated that the room would have two beds and two floor beds. However, upon arrival, we found that the room only had two beds and one floor bed. When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of the hotel staff, they informed me that we would need to pay extra for an additional floor bed. They explained that the description in the itinerary merely indicated the maximum capacity of the room and that, since we had booked meals for only three people (breakfast and dinner), we could not receive an extra floor bed at no charge. I opted for the three-person meal plan because one of my family members is a five-year-old child who does not eat much, and I wanted to avoid unnecessary food waste.
I understand that interpretations of the itinerary may vary, but the attitude of the hotel staff was unacceptable. During my communication with them, I was put on hold for five minutes, only to be told that there was nothing they could do. After urging them to adhere to the terms of the itinerary, I was placed on hold again for ten minutes. Unfortunately, I had to hang up as it was time for dinner, and the hotel did not follow up with any response after I returned.
This experience significantly affected my family's mood, and what was supposed to be a pleasant stay turned into a frustrating ordeal. I hope that Trip.com can address this issue to prevent future guests from having similar experiences.

MMiyu BirdiePersonal opinion as a Asian female solo traveler.
Great location: around 5 mins walk from Beppu station. There are a lot of restaurants and 2 Lawson nearby. It's super easy to have access to food. Their lobby cafe also serves good coffee.
Exterior: I heard they renovated the hotel recently, so the building and rooms and onsen all look new and classic.
Room: clean, neat, a bit small but acceptable. Especially appreciate that there is an air purifier in the room without prior/extra request.
Amenities facilities: You name it, they have it. More than just basic amenities. Especially appreciate ice maker on the 4th floor and self-service of skin products on the 1st floor, they have good sunscreen.
Front desk: They don't speak much English, but they really try their best. Wonderful hospitality. Especially the elderly staffs. Super friendly and welcoming.
Overall, it is more than a nice option for a budget hotel. If ever stop by Beppu in the future, i would be happy to stay again.

PPengguna TetamuRooms are a tad bit small but standard for japanese hotels. Location is very good, a few minutes walk from Beppu station and lots of eateries closeby. I love that this hotel had a rooftop pool with amazing view of beppu (although pool very shallow). We had a nice little soak in the hotel onsen however my partner stated the onsen was a bit dirty in the male section. We unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the free flow of alcohol for 1000 yen due to time constrain but would be good for alcohol lovers! Would definitely recommend and return! Nice, clean and friendly staff!

Oonlywinxit's a small homey inn, amazing for cat lovers. you get to spend 1h in a room full of super friendly cats. their homemade breakfast and dinner is delicious and very filling - you even get to eat next to another room of cats!
the only downside is the location, which is 1 short train station (comes every 40mins) away from beppu station. it's a bit in the residential area, and the walk from higashibeppu station can get a bit quiet and dark, but overall still a great place to stay!

블블라블라쥬가족탕이 있고 가성비 좋은 료칸을 찾다가 발견하고 예약했어요. 오래되었다는 이야기를 들었는데 리모델링을 한 번 해서 그런지 괜찮았습니다. 오래된 곳이지만 관리도 잘되어있고 무엇보다 직원분들이 굉장히 친절하시더라고요. 조식도 좋았습니다. 도착한날 추워서 이야기드리니 히터 사용방법도 알랴주시고 담요를 추가로 더 가져다주셨어요. 벳부역에서 걸어서 10분내에
위치해있어요. 토기와 백화점과는 3분정도? 거리에 있고요. 만족하며 지내다 왔습니다.

AAmazinglifeDespite the recent renovation work, the hotel is relatively old. There’re two onsens in the hotel (one indoor and one outdoor) at two different levels, and you can also access to the onsens facilities at the nearby hotel (清海莊) if you wish two.

JJo TanPros: Stayed at Room 203 meant for 5 person… Spacious and comfortable room! Had a window too!
Good soundproofing between rooms. Only could hear passing by of trains while awake, so wasn’t a big an issue to us.
TV has YouTube and Netflix to watch!
Cons: No lift!!! We had to carry our heavy & big luggages to the 2nd floor! *Should indicate shortage of this important facility in the booking system!
Only 2 parking spaces for 7 units. *Should also indicate in the booking system that parking spaces are first come first served and have to park at nearby paying car parks if both were being taken up.
Will be nice to provide some garbage bags in the room as clearing of food waste from the room was definitely necessary during the many days of our stay!
Dining table (super wobbly and one side of the table legs seemed like giving away very soon) needs to changed/repaired instantly!

MMay LanLocation is near supermarket and family mart. A few Coin parking locations near the house. First floor has 2 rooms ＜1 double bed and 1 with twin beds＞ but no space for luggages, a small washing basin at the corner of the staircase. 1 wc and 2 showers at first floor. Washing machine ＜no dryer＞ on the first floor. 1 wc on 2nd floor. Living room on 3 floor. 2nd floor has 2 rooms ＜1 with 2 double beds and 1 single bed, another with a single bed＞. 2 washing basin on 2nd floor inside the rooms. It's not possible to bring big luggage up to narrow and steep staircase.no mirror on 1st floor so nid to climb up to wash and brush teeth. We wish the living room was the 1st floor. The music from nearby is bearable. Only know how to manage the water heater on 2nd day.
Suggestion to include rubbish bins on the first and 2nd floor. Add a mirror on first floor.
