I recently stayed at Kannawaen Sanso Ryokan, and it was a truly remarkable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warm hospitality made me feel welcomed and relaxed. The ryokan is set in a beautiful, serene location, surrounded by nature, offering a peaceful retreat from daily life. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated in traditional Japanese style, blending modern comforts with authentic charm. The private onsen attached to my room was a highlight, allowing me to unwind in soothing hot springs while taking in the picturesque views. What truly sets Kannawaen apart is the attention to detail and personalized service. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect, making me feel truly cared for throughout my stay. 酒店環境設施服務水準都非常高 一泊二食 ，一到步已經有員工為我哋將行李送到房間 ， 房間非常舒適 對住別府嘅海 一望無際 。入住時候有兩件浴衣可以選擇 。男士就沒有花紋女士就比較多選擇，晚餐有專人照顧 我們好彩地遇着一個會講廣東話嘅員工 他非常細心為我們講解每一道菜 他還介紹了我們去地道的超市購物非常感謝佢嘅意見 食物真係水準之上 唯一有啲美中不足係房間嘅被鋪如果有一張薄啲嘅被鋪選擇比較好 另外如果係自駕一定要睇清楚路線 今次嘅住宿非常之美滿 有機會會再去住宿

和朋友第一次體驗日式旅館，很開心可以有日式道地的體驗。我們在別府站不知道怎樣過去旅館，打電話過去有專車接送，非常好服務，員工也十分友善，那裡有台灣員工還可以用中文溝通。 旅館的環境一流，室內是日式榻榻米的風格，還有提供日式的睡衣，看著窗外優美的風景，令人十分賞心悅目。 溫泉可以私人預約，也有公眾溫泉，很大很舒適。 早餐也是很道地的日式料理，很高水準，好吃！ 絕對推薦這家旅館，無論服務、環境、設施、食物，也令人十分滿意，是會令人想再次入住的旅館。

房間很不錯，兩層，4-5人可以住（好像我們的房間最多5人），微波爐冰箱咖啡機熱水壺一應俱全，我們住的“鬥”，有兩個池子，一個室內一個室外，不過室外的有點冷，沒有泡，室內除了温泉池子還有汗蒸，真的是很不錯的旅店，唯一不好的覺得有點安全隱患，晚上8點後就沒有前台了，全靠顧客自己鎖門，那地方比較偏僻，有點瘮人。酒店出門右轉再左轉就是一家拉麪店，吃飯還挺方便，那條路往別府塔方向走還有唐吉訶德和youme，購物很方便。

We changed room type when we got to the hotel (from Seaside Maisonette to one of the Tower apartments) and this was seamlessly offered to us by the night staff. Service is top notch. Great for families. The food is wonderful and there is private onsen in every single room. Highly recommend for families of up to 4 persons to stay in the tower apartments. They are very new and well furnished.

Book incorrectly a smoking room. Luckily, the check in stag was kind enough to change to nonsmoking room. There is in house Onsen. Breakfast is typical Japanese varieties and good. Hotel can be seen from rain platform… it’s just 2 mins walk from jR Beppu station and right there is he bus terminal

전체적으로 노후화이나 조식 및 방 청결도는 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 특히 조식은 가격대비 훌륭하였습니다. 재방문한다면 고려할 호텔입니다.
