"Lokasi hotel sangat strategik, hanya 2 minit berjalan kaki dari stesen. Perlu tanggalkan kasut sebaik sahaja masuk hotel. Kaunter penerimaan tetamu menyediakan minuman percuma. Saya menginap seorang diri dan pemandian air panas di tingkat 13 mempunyai pemandangan yang sangat cantik. Terdapat juga bilik mandi keluarga percuma. Aiskrim, Yakult, dan ramen percuma turut disediakan. Saya juga dapat menikmati kerusi urut percuma. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah makan malam berbayar tidak begitu memuaskan. Kalau tahu, lebih baik saya makan di luar."

"The check-in process was smooth. There was no room card provided; instead, I was given a password to access my room, which was stated on a formal document. Be sure to take a photo of the password and keep it safe, as you’ll need it throughout your stay. Since there is no room card, there is also no formal check-out process—simply vacate the room by your designated check-out date and time. The room was spacious and well-equipped with full amenities, including a water dispenser, clothes-hanging space, a balcony, a TV, and a bathtub. There was no housekeeping service during my stay, so you’ll need to keep the room clean yourself. However, the hotel staff kindly placed fresh towels and new amenities in a basket outside the room daily for guests to use. The hotel is located near Beppu Station, although it requires a bit of walking to get there. A Don Quijote (Donki) store is conveniently located just opposite the hotel. For convenience stores, you’ll need to walk a little further in the direction of Beppu Tower. The hotel also offers a welcome drink at the lobby and has coin-operated laundry dryers on the first floor. Additionally, there is a washing machine available in the room. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel."

"I just returned from an unforgettable stay at Amanek Beppu Yula Re and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into a perfect blend of modern luxury and traditional Japanese hospitality. This is hands-down one of the best hotels we’ve ever experienced for a romantic getaway. The onsen is absolutely amazing. The natural hot springs are incredibly soothing, with beautiful bathing areas that offer both indoor and outdoor options and a great view from the window. I spent hours relaxing in the mineral-rich waters, feeling completely rejuvenated. Paired with the stunning infinity pool, which overlooks the city and mountains, it created some of the most breathtaking views we’ve ever enjoyed. Watching the night view from the pool and the hot tub was pure magic. There’s also a bar besides the pool The location is unbeatable. Everything is walkable — restaurants, shops, attractions, and scenic spots are all right at your doorstep. We were also just a short stroll from the bus and train stations, making day trips effortless. No need for complicated transfers, which made exploring Beppu feel seamless and stress-free. The free welcome drinks were a lovely touch — beautifully presented and the perfect way to unwind after traveling. The common areas are super inviting and stylish, making them an ideal spot to hang out in the evenings. We loved curling up with a book or just chatting while taking in the ambiance. This hotel is genuinely romantic — perfect for couples looking for intimate dates, whether it’s a quiet evening by the pool, a stroll through the neighborhood, or simply enjoying each other’s company in such a serene setting. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtfully designed. Amanek Beppu Yula Re has raised the bar for what a memorable stay should be. If you’re visiting Beppu, especially for a romantic escape, do yourself a favor and book here. "Exceptional experience! Highly recommend! I and my wife had a wonderful stay at Kamenoi Hotel Beppu. The location is perfect,just a short walk from Subway station. The room was spotless clean ,very spacious. The staff were so welcoming and always ready to help. Check in and check out were fast. They offered complimentary luggage storage. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip."

"Very pleased with our one night stay at Beppu Daiiti Hotel. It was a short 5-minute walk to the Beppu Station. So convenient. Room was very clean and tidy and of a decent size. The staff at the counter were all so courteous and very helpful. Asked them about a private onsen where we could go and they recommended one and phoned to help us make reservations. Also gave us good info about Beppu Hells and the transportation we could take. If coming back to Beppu, we’ll surely book at this hotel again."

"The stay was decent overall, but there is definitely room for improvement. While the general experience was okay, the room cleanliness wasn't up to par—specifically, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the cups and the bathroom. Additionally, the door leading from the balcony to the hot spring room couldn't be securely locked, which was a bit concerning. With better housekeeping and maintenance, this would be a much better place to stay."

"A lovely relaxing hotel right on the Beppu beach road. There was a definite air of old seaside town about the place and it was very chill - the onsen in the hotel itself was very nice and wasn't at all busy when we were there. The breakfast however did get quite crowded with tour groups so going down later worked the best for us - if you had to go in peak time there was often a queue. The room was compact but very comfortable and had all the things needed for a comfy stay. Staff were lovely and the japanese pj's provided we're a nice touch. Fantastic location for traveling around beppu as well as arriving from Fukuoka and leaving to Oita airport. The hotel is right next to both bus stops."

"It's located right opposite the Beppu Tower the landmark of the city. The room is super spacious with a proper entrance hall and a full size wardrobe. Onsen is on two floors both for man and lady users to enjoy at different time slots. Very clean & tidy. Ground floor reception and the huge sitting area is decorated beautifully with colourful carpet and bright lighting. Very warm and easy feeling when sitting down there."

"Booked a room at this hotel as I have read great reviews regarding it. I must say I wasn't disappointed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was varied and delicious though it was the same for the 2 days that I was there. Stayed in the tatami room. Though the room looks a little run down, it is clean. The hotel spring was a bonus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel."
