"I just returned from an unforgettable stay at Amanek Beppu Yula Re and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into a perfect blend of modern luxury and traditional Japanese hospitality. This is hands-down one of the best hotels we’ve ever experienced for a romantic getaway. The onsen is absolutely amazing. The natural hot springs are incredibly soothing, with beautiful bathing areas that offer both indoor and outdoor options and a great view from the window. I spent hours relaxing in the mineral-rich waters, feeling completely rejuvenated. Paired with the stunning infinity pool, which overlooks the city and mountains, it created some of the most breathtaking views we’ve ever enjoyed. Watching the night view from the pool and the hot tub was pure magic. There’s also a bar besides the pool The location is unbeatable. Everything is walkable — restaurants, shops, attractions, and scenic spots are all right at your doorstep. We were also just a short stroll from the bus and train stations, making day trips effortless. No need for complicated transfers, which made exploring Beppu feel seamless and stress-free. The free welcome drinks were a lovely touch — beautifully presented and the perfect way to unwind after traveling. The common areas are super inviting and stylish, making them an ideal spot to hang out in the evenings. We loved curling up with a book or just chatting while taking in the ambiance. This hotel is genuinely romantic — perfect for couples looking for intimate dates, whether it’s a quiet evening by the pool, a stroll through the neighborhood, or simply enjoying each other’s company in such a serene setting. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtfully designed. Amanek Beppu Yula Re has raised the bar for what a memorable stay should be. If you’re visiting Beppu, especially for a romantic escape, do yourself a favor and book here. "Our stay has been nothing short of amazing! We were grateful for hotel shuttle service to the hotel as it saves us the trouble of climbing up slopes with our luggages. When we arrived, we were greeted by the warm welcome of the staff with free drinks provided at the lounge. The Sora Room is well equipped with amenities and comes with the private onsen, for you to enjoy any time. Recommend to get the ice (outside room) for a cool ice coke after onsen. Definitely have to give the Japanese breakfast and Kaiseiki dinner a try. Every single dish is so delicious and palatable. The hotel is located at Kanawa, within walking distances to the popular attractions such as Hells of Beppu and Onsen Museum. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Beppu!"

"Very pleased with our one night stay at Beppu Daiiti Hotel. It was a short 5-minute walk to the Beppu Station. So convenient. Room was very clean and tidy and of a decent size. The staff at the counter were all so courteous and very helpful. Asked them about a private onsen where we could go and they recommended one and phoned to help us make reservations. Also gave us good info about Beppu Hells and the transportation we could take. If coming back to Beppu, we’ll surely book at this hotel again."

"Saya pernah menginap di hotel di Nara sebelum ini dan sangat menyukainya. Kali ini saya ingin mandi air panas dan mendapati ada juga hotel di Beppu, jadi saya membuat tempahan. Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang baik, sangat dekat dengan JR dan stesen bas. Kemudahan mata air panas juga sangat baik, dan terdapat juga tempat mandi peribadi yang disediakan. Terdapat kopi percuma di tingkat satu, dan ia adalah milik Hoshino. Terdapat popsikel, yogurt masam, komik dan beberapa buku apabila anda berenang, dan pemandangan laut yang tiada tandingannya. Terdapat juga ramen kicap dari pukul 10 malam hingga 11 malam. Saya pasti akan memilih tempat ini lagi jika saya ingin mandi air panas pada masa akan datang. Kadang-kadang, lif penuh sesak apabila kumpulan pelancong tiba bersama-sama, tetapi ini bukan masalah besar dan rumah mandian tidak begitu sesak."

"The hotel is a work of art — the architecture and design are incredible. I got a room on the first floor, and I’m usually not a fan of staying on the first floor for security reasons, but everything was perfectly fine. The room was very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities, including skincare products. My favorite part was the bath, especially when you open the doors and fresh air comes in — such a relaxing experience. And the breakfast… the best omelet I’ve ever had."

"Hotel has nice hot spring. Single room typical Japanese style but a bit narrow to accommodate 24” luggage with both sides fully open. Buffet has good spread, but the meat stew serving was limited, after 8am there’s no more meat in the stew, left with the carrots, lotus roots etc. should refill as the buffet ends 930am. Like the hot noodles."

"The check-in process was smooth. There was no room card provided; instead, I was given a password to access my room, which was stated on a formal document. Be sure to take a photo of the password and keep it safe, as you’ll need it throughout your stay. Since there is no room card, there is also no formal check-out process—simply vacate the room by your designated check-out date and time. The room was spacious and well-equipped with full amenities, including a water dispenser, clothes-hanging space, a balcony, a TV, and a bathtub. There was no housekeeping service during my stay, so you’ll need to keep the room clean yourself. However, the hotel staff kindly placed fresh towels and new amenities in a basket outside the room daily for guests to use. The hotel is located near Beppu Station, although it requires a bit of walking to get there. A Don Quijote (Donki) store is conveniently located just opposite the hotel. For convenience stores, you’ll need to walk a little further in the direction of Beppu Tower. The hotel also offers a welcome drink at the lobby and has coin-operated laundry dryers on the first floor. Additionally, there is a washing machine available in the room. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel."

"The location is pretty good because it’s private. It’s suit for guest comes with the car. About 15 mins drive to downtown. The room was big with private onsen, clean and simple. The facility is only the public onsen, which is indoor with no view. The breakfast is quite basic, the taste could be more outstanding."
