This is our 2nd time to stay at this hotel. ANA intercontinental Beppu maintains its quality standard. The room is clean and comfortable with good view. The restaurants offer the delicious food. The outdoor onsen facility provides the beautiful ocean view. In the meanwhile, their SPA is nearly the best treatment which we have experienced. This hotel is highly recommended for the stay when you visit Beppu.

Pengguna TetamuWhat an amazing place! We had a wonderful time “glamping” at the Grand Verde Resort. From first being greeted upon check in till our departure the attention to detail and hospitality were top notch! We especially loved the delicious breakfast and dinner spread, the Public Bath, and sauna, and the hobbit houses. The gorgeous views from our yurt in the mountains were breathtaking and we were able to see millions of stars at night on the clear evenings. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars!!! Highly recommend this place for your next getaway!

I had stayed in this hotel a couple times. This is the first time I did not stay at the main building. There are pros and cons with this arrangement. Lesser people in a separate building but less convenience as need to walk across the road to get to the main building where the onsen and foods and items to purchases located. As far as the staff service, they are very good. For the foods, I recalled I had other dining options which I forgot to choose this time. Not too fond with the buffets foods - too standard and nothing specials.

別府極好選擇。住宿在一所店鋪的樓上，空間非常非常大，室內設備用料都是高級貨，各種生活所需設備都有齊。工業風的室內裝修， 沒有了住酒店的感覺，反而很有住家的感覺。
如果六時後才能check in， 記得先問老闆check in手續所需的密碼，這個只是第一次進入店铺大門的密碼， 裏面櫃檯上有部ipad，根據ipad所顯示的程序辦check in手續， 跟著會顯示一個進入自己房間的密碼，這個密碼亦是之後進入店舖的密碼。
泊車可根據店舖所提供的地圖顯示一號或二號停車場泊車，車位充足。

유메타케에서 올라오는 연기를 멋스럽게 즐기기 좋운 위치의 호텔.
근데 앞에..공사중이여서 조금 아쉬운 칸나와뷰 ㅠㅠ
칸나와지역 료칸 갔던데중 노천탕이 제일 넓은듯한!!! 너무 좋았습니다
석식은 깔끔한편.
그리고 예약할때 분명 욕조가 있는 방으로 선택했는데 실제로 배정받은 방은 욕조가 없었음...
별도로 알아봤을때 욕조 있는방과 없는방이 가격이 다른걸로 알고있었는데...뭔가 찝찝하니..속상(?)했습니다
지옥순례하기엔 너무 좋운 호텔위치!

Sarah H.Beautiful hotel located in a very peaceful and green area with magnificent views of the mountains and smoke from hot springs. The hotel itself has hot springs and baths in a lovely garden. Very nice and spacious room with lots of toiletries available downstairs. Within walking distance of the 7 hells of Beppu.

This ryokan is located at the top of a hill and it's very quiet
Place is huge and you have a private onsen though the water is scorching hot
Need to put a lot of cold water so that the onsen can be used
Tough part is that the leaves keep falling from outside into the onsen and you have to use the net to catch it
Another issue is check-in latest is by 6pm (otherwise there's no front desk)
If you are ok with the check-in constraints, then this place is pretty good

Pengguna Tetamu깔끔한 내부와 편안한 욕탕덕에 즐겁게 지냈습니다. 노천탕이 특히나 좋았고 좋은 숙소였습니다. 청결도의 경우 세면대 쪽의 이물질이 청소가 덜 되어 있었습니다. 그걸 제외하곤 정말 깔끔한 숙소였습니다.

設備は古いですが清掃はきちんとされている感じがしました。パーク迄歩いて行けて沢山楽しめました。
バイキングの品数はそんなに多くありませんでしたが、私たち家族には充分楽しめて美味しかったです。
温泉も気持ちよくて良かったですが、シャワーホースの劣化とカビが気になりました。
外のゴルフカートの音なのかガシャガシャという音が気になり熟睡はできませんでした。
多少気になるところはありましたが楽しく過ごせてみんな満足してました。
次回もまた利用したいと思います。
