Hotel located about 5 minute drive from Bergerac airport. Only used it as our flight was cancelled and British Airways sent us here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is a bit run down in places and the boutique rooms are decorated in a very strange manner !! We didn’t pay as BA picked up the bill but I saw the prices and it is good value. Would recommend as a pre/post flight hotel for one night.

Booked this holiday for a base around Bergerac . The hotel is ideally located. The facilities are very good. The room spotless, if a little dated . There was room for a fridge but not provided. This would have been useful. The split level family room was very interesting for the 5 year old traveller . Pool was brilliant- almost like a private pool. Great use of pool floats . One disadvantage is the hotel has a ‘closed for lunch’ atmosphere between 11am and 4 pm. There are no drinks or snack facilities at this time . The games theme is quirky and the Photo Booth had us very entertained. Staff were helpful and attentive.

My partner and I stayed in this hotel for one night. Yes, this hotel is clean and the beds are comfy but that’s about as much as I can say. We found that the hotel was very overpriced for what we got. We were leaving before breakfast started so we asked if there was any possibility of having some bits put to the side as we had already paid for ‘breakfast included’ and was told no. The room was very small and the decor was outdated. No tea was left in the room and only one sachet of coffee - no milk or sugar. The hotel is quite a walk away from the centre of Bergerac and the first part of the walk is rather dangerous (being by a busy road with no footpath) and the hotel is not well connected with transport or taxi suggestions. The pool was ok. Not the cleanest and rather small. There were also very few sun beds for the size of the hotel. Overall, we were just a bit disappointed. For just over 90€ for one night, we were expecting a little bit more.

This board game-themed hotel was a lovely find. The rooms were clean and functional and the bed was comfortable. My son was very excited to have been allocated the Dixit-themed room. The restaurant was very nice, which was useful because it’s a little bit far from the centre of town. Very handy for the airport, though.

Last night our flight from Barcelona had to make an emergency landing in Bergerac due to a fault. BA put us up for the night at this lovely welcoming hotel. I can’t begin to describe how friendly and accommodating the staff were. They managed to very quickly cater to all our needs late and night and under pressure. I will definitely come back to this beautiful area and this hotel. In fact it was far nicer than the pretentious, unfriendly and expensive hotel we’d stayed in in Barcelona at a quarter of the cost. Thank you for extending our holiday in the best way possible. We will definitely be back - you are wonderful people!

A pleasant surprise when we were allocated this hotel for a night after our Ryanair flight from Bergerac airport was cancelled . It is 5 mins from airport . The staff were welcoming and friendly to this mass influx of tired and frustrated fellow travelers. The standard of accommodation is up to Premier Inn or Novotel . There is a bar with a lot of ambiance , a swimming pool and a restaurant with indoor and outside tables . The room was of a reasonable size with air con , tea making , comfortable beds with good linen and soft pillows so we had a good nights sleep . The bathroom had a bath with shower, soap and soft towels , plus hairdryer . Continental breakfast was as expected ,self service with croissants, pain au chocolate , A few cheese and meat selection ,bread and jams, yoghurt, juice and machine made coffee. Very adequate but not up to Novotel forUK full English breakfast , but good for a night stay. The hotel is in the Logis chain of recommended places that are value for money .

The hotel is situated in an industrial estate and therefore far from scenic. Once we reached our room on the first floor, we were pleasantly surprised to see tea/ coffee facilities but no milk, apparently no UHT milk left. The girl at reception found us some fresh milk and also informed us that there were no restaurant. It is tapas in the Ludik sort of restaurant outside. In fact, we found an excellent one in Bergerac, which is a good 15 minutes walk. The design of the bathroom was not not well thought out with the loo stuck behind the door. It was more like Premier Inn than a French three stars hotel. The crinkly pillowcase and duvet were unpleasant, never had anything of that sort. Breakfast was buffet style with a good selection of pastries, cheese, ham…

Classico albergo Logis, vecchio stile in tutti i sensi. Stanza pulita, piccolina e giusta solo per una valigia. Il vecchio stile si è visto nelle coperte, nella mancanza di una luce di cortesia al letto e anche della mancanza di una presa di corrente per il rasoio nel bagno.
