Overall it was a good hotel in a good location so I can’t complain. I woke up too late after a late night so didn’t get to eat the breakfast but that’s entirely my fault. Very nice bar area also to have a few drinks in the evening. Also they allowed me to check in early as I was extremely tired which was much appreciated so thank you.

We stayed 3 nights, had to change rooms right away after check in because we were given a room with a view onto an old, dirty roof with construction type lights shining into the room. The room had burn spots from cigarettes on the carpet. We had booked breakfast included but were given some excuse why the booking could not be processed with breakfast. The large conditioner bottle in the bathroom was empty and even after my husband pointed it out to the service team member it was not refilled. The morning of the second day I adjusted the comforter sheets only to reveal a yellow stained comforter underneath. I asked for it to be changed but without success. Easy to say I did not slep well that night. With Sheraton in its name, every such hotel should pride itself to have extremely confortable mattresses. Not here. There rooms are dated and dingy. Please do not stay there. There are many hotels that are much better and cheaper too. I will spare you the photos, it may get the hotel shut down.

Awesome stay with the hotel. Staff were extremely professional and helpful when trip.com didn’t properly confirm the rooms with this hotel. The manager went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue . The rooms were stylish and clean and the location was within walking distance of many attractions and the transit system at Zoological Station

This is a gorgeous spanking brand-new hotel in Berlin. Reception is exceptionally courteous, friendly and accommodating - I couldn't have asked for a better team of associates. The bar staff, breakfast room staff, concierge, and even the maintenance staff are as wonderful. I had a lovely large room with the most comfortable bed & pillows - all in modern, tasteful decor. The room also had amenities such as a mini-fridge, coffee service, waters, robe, and iron and work desk area with accessible power points on top (no bending under the desk here!) Upon arrival & departure I was greeted warmly . This sets the tone for a positive experience and I certainly felt the genuine welcome with pleasant smiles and friendly nature. The hotel is quite accessible to 2 U-Bahn stations, and within walking distance of the Berlin Zoo. Getting around Berlin is fairly easy with a well-integrated underground system of U-Bahn & S-Bahn trains. The hotel is on a quiet road across the Los Angeles Platz small park/square. Everything Berlin has to offer is easily accessible, plus plenty of shopping, dining and outdoor activities within a small perimeter. Vielen Dank für Ihre freundliche Gastfreundschaft!

Hotel moderno con ampi spazi comuni e sale riunioni. Camera confortevole e letto comodo, unica pecca l'assenza di scaffali ed armadio di piccole dimensioni. Colazione ottima con tanta possibilità di scelta. Personale attento. L'hotel ha avuto la piscina in rifacimento durante il soggiorno ed i servizi SPA erano garantiti presso un'altra struttura alberghiera nelle vicinanze, avrei preferito comunque esserne stato avvisato dall'agente o dall'hotel stesso al momento della prenotazione. La struttura è comunque valida.

The staff at the front desk, particularly the ladies, were delightful and provided excellent service. However, I did encounter some challenges during the check-in process due to the initial inefficiency of one staff member (one of the men) Once settled in, I was immediately captivated by the enormity and impeccable decor of the bedroom. It was a truly luxurious space. The bathroom was equally impressive, boasting a generous size that enhanced the overall comfort of the stay. Given these remarkable features, I can confidently say that I would choose to stay at this place again in the future. Regrettably, there was a noticeable issue with the sheets. They emitted a particular smell that slightly detracted from an otherwise outstanding experience. It would be beneficial for the management to address this concern promptly, ensuring that guests can fully indulge in the exceptional qualities of the accommodation.

Smooth check in at 11.30 pm. Upgraded to the apartement The room was spacious Double bed and sofa bed for 2 persons Even though i was just with my wife. Microwave, coffee maker, water boiler, plates, induction stove etc were provided The bathroom was average The free internet was ok but the speed was little bit slow The breakfast was nice Coffee maker, delicious bread etc Convinience store infront of the hotel The location is in the center of Kudam in Berlin. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Next to the subway station : Kurfusstendaam. But this subway station was temporarily closed.

Nr gebeld wat daar aan de deur vermeld hing aantal keren gebelde geen reacties. Trip.com gebeld deze hebben een kamer bij Lindemann's geregeld waarbij ik niets bij hoeft te betalen. Beyond basic amenities in the room. €4 for bottle of water in room crazy when vending machine downstairs €2 for water. Didn’t make it easy to redeem incentive for not using housekeeping. Although the location and price for this hotel is great, the rooms themselves were disappointing. When entering the room for our first night I was immediately concerned about the room, with some wall fittings falling off, what seemed to be a lack of smoke alarm, one small bedside lamp and a tv relatively small and far from the bed along with only one alternative chair. Despite these shortcomings the room is quite spacious and beds relatively fine, with somewhat good soundproofing on the windows to stop the noise of the busy streets. Although these negatives would have been outweighed by the positives, we also had no room cleaning our entire 6 night stay which was highly disappointing. We would be awakened by the cleaners relatively early in the morning however usually we slept through this first attempt to clean. Most hotels would assume someone is asleep and come back and clean after they have gone about their day however this did not occur for our entire trip duration. To make matters worse we had no toilet roll replacements and had to source our own. In addition, on our 5th night they did Infact enter our room, they did Not take our overflowing bin, towels from the specified pick up area, change our sheets or make our beds or clean any portion of the room as expected of them. All they did was give us toilet roll. Very disappointing considering the ideal location for the hotel and the price.(although much cheaper than anywhere else in the area so some disappointment to be expected)

I want whoever designed the rooms at Numa Drift Berlin to redesign my apartment! The layout of the room and everything in it was absolutely fantastic and that's for sure the number 1 advantage of this residence. The check in and check out experience couldn't have been smoother and the communication via WhattsApp (in English) was very simple and effective. I am not a fussy traveller, so what really matters for me is the location, the comfort of basic amenities like the bathroom and the bed, and of course the cleanliness. Numa Drift exceeded my expectations in all regards. You can basically walk to some of the main attractions of the City or take the U Bahn which is located just metres away. Feeling like coffee or just want to buy some fresh fruit? A choice of cafés, restaurants and supermarkets is available within walking distance. Thank you Numa Drift for making our stay in Berlin memorable. I hope I'll be able to try your other establishments in other cities :)

Spent 4 nights at this hotel. Slept well each night, no noise from inside or outside the hotel. We were at the back of the hotel. Room basic but clean. Tea and coffee provided and a free safe. Bathroom was good, plenty of hot water and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was of a good quality with the usual selection of continental and hot options. All staff friendly. Also there is a luggage room, should you need to store any items after checkout

Very clean place (room, reception). Hotel is situated in very good place- close to metro and train stations and near to great food corner. Hotel is Polish friendly. Staff is really nice and helpful. You can buy some drinks at the hotel. We spent nice time there.
