Enjoyed breakfast buffet At the hotel

It’s a very nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff (especially FO). Comfortable room. Except the location, (a bit quiet areas), you needed to take a taxi or better drive to the city centre or shopping district. It is too quiet to walk to shops areas.

We were very pleased with the facilities, and the service. We ended up missing the second night, but the reservation was still in place, and we managed to get in for the second night. The receptionist was really helpful.

It is no doubt that it is good hotel, because its name. I strongly recommend you book in advance, you will get surprised price. The only weakness is the location. There are no supermarkets, not many restaurants for choose. Bus stations need 5mins walk.

Over all staying in JW Marriott’s Hotel is amazing. Food choices was superb, I cannot fault them. The hotel are lovely and the staff are amazing, very attentive to your needs.

房間很大，感覺有被升級成套房。 酒店比較舊，裝修很有老酒店的風格。 有熱水壺和咖啡機，不知道浴室是不是裝了地暖，光腳在上面走暖暖的。空調聲音有點點大。 離巴士站地鐵站都有點距離不太方便，好處是周邊比較安靜。 房間點餐態度很好，味道一般。配圖是吃的晚餐，不知道餐廳出品如何。

為了看球賽來柏林 選擇了jw萬豪 説到jw這個品牌 都是老用户了 柏林的這家相比比較老舊 可能是這個城市的酒店大多數如此 好在價格不是很貴 性價比也還行 在這個區域 服務：突發狀況是護照在check in的時候落在前台 第二天退房發現找不到護照 前台馬上幫我找到 沒有耽誤飛機 衞生：打掃人員很熱情❤️ 一樓的餐廳都很不錯，喜歡那家咖啡廳

大堂寬敞明亮，華麗。房間很大，床也很大，舒服。服務很熱情。位置有點偏，不過坐車也挺方便，10分鐘就到波茨坦廣場，走路要15分鐘。性價比很高。強烈推薦。

房間大，在使館區，幽靜，邊上有一大片像森林一樣的公園，位置好，價格也不貴，服務態度好，是很好色住宿選擇。

大堂，房間還不錯，就是游泳池不是恆温的有點冷。桑拿房也沒有男女分開。

來柏林參加IFA 前後總共住了9晚，酒店位置不錯，有雪茄房算是加分項。 其他，1. 前台入住服務的**哥哥要小心，態度很差。 2. 酒店游泳池很小，汗蒸房不時會有裸體人士，個人尊重身體自由但提醒介意請繞行。 3. 酒店打掃不及時且不衞生，數次在下午回到房間時還未打掃，並且有把地上的臟浴袍重新掛回讓客人繼續使用的情況。 4. 訊息顯示2023年裝修過，但所見毫無裝修痕跡設施及風格均陳舊，房間內冰箱是壞的，燈也有損壞。 Overall， 當個出差放心的地兒湊合幾天可以，想得到物有所值的其他價值建議換地兒。

房間大小還行，就是床有點小，但衞生間很大，有淋浴房，浴缸，很不錯。地理位置還算中心，但離地鐵和快線都要步行1公里，拖行李有點累。早餐很豐富，餐廳很大。

ベルリンの中心部に位置しており、施設も最高に綺麗で良い体験ができました。ただ、電気自動車の充電代が無料かと思いきや駐車料金＋35ユーロかかったのは事前に知りたかったです。
