The Hotel is in total great. Just some extra place in the bathroom for shelves would be great.

Dobrze położony, nie daleko do centrum. Pomocna obsługa. Dobra opcja na nocleg w podróży służbowej.

又是一個距離主要景點以步行距離已經可以到達的好選擇 地方整潔，就是宜必思一向值得欣賞的地方，房間細小亦是 整體而言是不錯的選擇

Not a great start to my visit when I found my room was still in a state of chaos from previous occupants. I was given another room and settled in. The pillows were awful, with big lumps, and hollows; however the shower was great. The bed was very firm, which is not what I like but may suit others. Sadly despite double glazing the room was very noisy as it was first floor at the front directly up from a busy the road. The room, bed and towels were clean and the hairdryer worked. Probably wouldn’t stay again due to noise, hard bed and rubbish pillows… they made for four uncomfortable and broken nights.

Nice location in one of the old quarters of West Berlin. It is clean, godd subway connections and a couple of nice Cafés and restaurants.

The hotel room was lovely and very comfortable and the staff were beyond helpful. However, I was told that the renovations would be complete on the 16th February by one of the staff members via live chat. However, this was not the case and the renovations were still ongoing with the breakfast and bar area cornered off due to the ongoing refurbishment work. One of the lifts was always out of order and then the other lift also kept breaking and we had to keep getting the stairs. This would not normally bother us but my partner has recently bruised her ankle and climbing up and down the stairs was a bit of a strain on her ankle. Also our hotel key key cards kept having to be reset. Overall the style and comfort of the hotel was amazing but the facilities need some work and there needs to be clarification on when and where the renovation work was taking place. Seems a bit unfair for the hotel to charge the same prices when the facilities are not up to scratch.

On going construction at the entrance & lobby. Internet failure for 2 days.

Nice, clean hotel that was still renovated and therefore little noisy. Staff was very friendy. Good breakfast. Good public transport connections.

Staff with minimal proficiency in English. They tried to be helpful but unfortunately lacked basic knowledge about matters of interest to tourists (such as public transportation, local services, local area...). Construction workers started drilling in the walls at 7 am.

There ist no launch, bar or restaurant inside

Helpful staff, comfortable beds, and super easy access to the U-Bahn station. Grocery stores and other food options all in close walking distance.
