The room is clean and big. The staffs are helpful and nice. However, there are some high frequency sound from machine on my floor corridor. It ends on the last day of my stay.

Considering that the prices in Berlin are becoming crazy expensive this hotel is still affordable. The room was basic but clean. Stayed there three nights. If you travel for pleaser please keep the local taxes into considerations: during the days I stayed there I spent almost ten euros per day for them.

第二次入住了，位置非常好，門口就是U8，走路5分鐘到中國大使館有S線，同樣距離還有U2。房間乾淨且安靜，裝修風格也很喜歡，工作人員熱情。門口柏林熊和柏林地圖很可愛

設施：特別喜歡有齊全的廚房用具，完全可以滿足自己做飯的想法。 衞生：房間衞生乾淨。 環境：周邊環境很好，不遠處就是很大一箇中心花園，有忘不了的可愛的小動物。太美好了！

住了好多天的酒店 圖突然發現還不錯 從服務態度到環境衞生以及地理位置都是不錯的選擇 喜歡在附近到處逛逛喝喝咖啡。去河邊也非常近 走路10分鐘

還好！如果要去俱樂部聽電子非常方便，正確的選擇。

Posizione della struttur, pulizia, camere grandi, luminase e ben disposte. Mi è piaciuto molto soggiornare nella truttura. Nota di merito, lo staff molto gentile

房間很大，但是隔音很一般

This is a great hotel but it’s really disappointing to book a superior double room at extra cost, only to find that it has 2 single beds side by side in it. When I asked for a double I was told that there were none available. Everything else was good but please don’t advertise a twin room as a superior double

Room smelt slightly of smoke when we arrived but not bad enough to ask to be moved. Kettle didn’t work but was replaced when we spoke to reception. Water leaked from the shower so had to put towels on the floor. Cleaned daily, location great for getting around Berlin either on foot or using public transport. Slightly disappointing that the being a silver member we would receive a bottle of sparking wine, it was a small individual bottle & not a 750ml which I would have expected.

Poor standards in room, sockets broken, poor housekeeping, no shower gel etc! Reception very unhelpful, breakfast staff rude also
