Room was cold at arrival, welcome letter with wrong name, no service at Neni restaurant after 25 minutes and TV didn't work. The location is good, but the experince was bad yesterday.

Our stay was excellent overall. The rooftop bar offered a vibrant atmosphere and made for a perfect spot to enjoy an evening drink. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good variety of options and coffee served directly to the table. The room was spacious, clean, and very stylish. We did, however, encounter a few minor issues. The Wi-Fi connection occasionally dropped, and although the TV was available, we were unable to cast from our devices. Additionally, the bathtub did not retain water, which prevented us from using it. We requested assistance, but due to the late hour, no support was provided. Despite these minor inconveniences, we were very happy with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was wonderful. We would gladly return in the future.

Dissappointing... We come here for more than six years, and it goes seamlessly down. In the evening is the sauna neglected, nobody comes to replenish towels and water cups, not to mention that "renovation" meant the removal of the fridge, which used to offer free soft drinks and bottled water after the saune. Just two sorts of tea (if you can sustain that four kind of black tea means four sorts of tea...). Nobody controls the sauna temperature anymore, one day it was crispy hot, last time one could fall asleep inside... The rooms cannot be heated, just cooled. If you try to turn air condition off, you can´t, and they need the approval of the building´s owner to change the set temperature for the entire hotel. Last time they offered us a heater, now we had to change room for extra charge. All staff seemed overwhelmed with the complaints, except for apologies there is nothing to get in exchange for the wasted time and money... Room keys don´t always work in the elevator or on the floor. Extra coding for the sauna works every now and then. Staff overwhelmed, room orders come very late or not at all. No coffee sets whatsoever.

The hotel is in a perfect location. They seemed to have some maintenance going on the level above. Breakfast is great. A little flexibility with changing the stay due to unforeseen circumstances would Have been appreciated

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. Carlotta and Thea helped me plan a surprise for my partner since we were celebrating our anniversary, and I was very impressed with how helpful they were with accommodating my request. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way, I definitely recommend a stay at this wonderfully unique hotel.

A trendy and hip hotel! Highly recommended for young adults, people in their thirties,... Breakfast is extensive and fine! We enjoyed a nice time.

Designer hotel in the heart of Berlin West

Hotel next to Berlin Zoo. The room was very stylish, neat and clean. The minibar was free and German beer was also placed! And the best part is the Jungle Sauna on the upper floor. Self-roasting is possible in the Finnish sauna. Pour water on the stove and adjust it, and a hot sauna is ready! There is a rest space next to the sauna where you can take a shy bath. Sparkling water and German beer were also available. Please note that the sauna is a mixed-gender bath and swimsuits are prohibited. Bath towels are placed in the sauna, so you don't need to bring them from your room. Bathrobes can be borrowed from reception. Stylish hotel, great sauna, friendly staff, everything was great. I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Berlin next time.

Very creative hotel, good value for money

Das Hotel ist modern, stylisch und die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Trotzdem muss ich sagen: Für diesen Preis hätte ich woanders deutlich mehr bekommen. Was mich überrascht hat, ist das fehlende hoteleigene Fitnessstudio. Die Kooperation mit McFit ist okay, aber Gästen dann noch 10 Euro zu berechnen, wirkt bei einem Haus dieser Kategorie etwas unpassend. Eine echte Kooperation hätte kostenfreien Zugang ermöglicht. So fühlt es sich eher wie ein Aufpreis als ein Service an. Ähnlich beim Room Service: Für diesen Preis erwarte ich eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung ohne Nachfrage. Umweltfreundlichkeit ist wichtig, aber Sauberkeit gehört zur Hotelqualität — und sollte nicht der Punkt sein, an dem man spart. Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit tollem Design und guter Stimmung. Empfehlen kann ich es, aber beim nächsten Mal würde ich andere Hotels in Betracht ziehen, weil Preis und Leistung hier nicht ganz zusammenpassen.
