Great location, walkable distances from the Alexander platz station with U+S bahn. It’s also walkable to the Museum island! There are lots of restaurants in the area and even a Sunday food festival in the Alexander centre. Highly recommended!

The bathroom is nice, with the best shower water pressure I've experienced in any hotel. If you have certain standards for bathrooms, then this hotel is a great choice.

Very big and crowded hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Though, they do not provide slippers while bathrobe comes with an extra charge. Free access to jacuzzi is a great amenity. The breakfast is really awesome and value for money.

Hotel was easily located. Staff was super helpful though we arrived late. Room was well prepared too! Breakfast was great and staff was helpful to allocate table as it was crowded. Checking out was also a breeze. This is a must go to hotel for all future stays!

My partner and I recently stayed at the H4 Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz with our two furry companions and we couldn't have been more impressed. The hotel is pet-friendly and our dogs were not only allowed, but they were also very comfortable and felt safe in our room. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for all four of us. It was clear that the hotel staff took care to ensure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also fantastic. Situated in the heart of Berlin, it was just a short walk from some of the city's top attractions, including the iconic Alexanderplatz. This made it very easy to explore the city without having to travel too far. Overall, we would highly recommend the H4 Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Berlin, especially if they are traveling with pets. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are fantastic, and the location couldn't be better. Our dogs and we had a great time, and we will definitely be returning for our next visit to Berlin.

Excellent experience with nice staff and environment

H4 is an extremely functional, but perfectly positioned hotel. Nothing very fancy, but everything is clean. The only disappointment was the unnecessary length of the check-out process. The breakfast is pretty decent, although basic.

Overall we had a great stay at H4 hotel. The check-in and check-out were seamless. The room was clean and room service was done regularly. It’s located at a very happening place. Most popular attractions were at walking distance and tram and train services were very close by. Also you get lot of food options to choose from restaurants nearby and grab quick snacks from the supermarket behind.

The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. Check-in/ Check-out was super quick and easy. The location was convenient and the lounge access was icing on the cake. Complimentary drinks and snacks? It was really lovely!

M stay here for 9nights. Location wise convenient as near to transportation hub Room wise standard should be 3star n not 4 Request for extra pillows not entertain as pillows very thin and body ache. Daily replacement of amenities not complete and need reminder M stay with with breakfast and request for something change from the daily buffet not entertain, imagine staying there for 9nights My early check out on the last day take away was not look into in spite of reminder the day before. Never expect such service from a 4star hotels. M demand for compensation here for such service not reflected by it's star standard
