The bedroom was very nice but you could hear footsteps and people talking when they pass your door. Overall it was a really nice experience.

Great location, rooms are clean! Please note there are no amenities-no kettle no tea cups etc. however i found breakfast quite good so overall great stay! Thanks

Very close to trains, the mall and just a short walk from plenty of restaurants and attactions. Breakfast was open for long hrs with typical Europan and American style food. Staff spoke at least 3 languages, rooms were clean and warm. Great price for good hotel

Great hotel, sizeable rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast included was worth the price. Large selection of breakfast foods and good coffee. Would visit again !

Quite centric hotel near some of the main attractions of the city. It's also very near to a train station which you can take a train and arrive at the airport easily. The staff is nice and the buffet is quite complete.

The hotel is near Alexanderplat train station & it is convenient to go everywhere. The Museum island is only 25 min walk. The restaurant of the hotel is delicious & a wide variety of food to choose. I recommend it.

Area is nice and close to our favourite places. Rooms are small without fridge. Air conditioner is good enough. One night it was an alarm at 3am. Notifications was in German. People came out. None of us knew what the matter is because we don't understand German. We were confused and didn't know where the fire exit is. We were at the middle of the stairs that one of the gusts came back and said it was fire in the kitchen. It's sorted now!
