Hotel berhampiran Katholische Kirchengemeinde Saint Sebastian di Berlin

Wir waren mit einer Reisegruppe an der Gedenkstätte Bernauer Straße. Wir hatten Durst. Aber nur ein Bistro an der Ecke (kein Alkohol). wir gingen weiter den Bürgersteig. Das Hotel Grenzfall, von einem Biergarten nicht zu sehen. Nachgefragt. Es gibt einen sehr schönen natürlichen Biergarten hinter dem auf. Es war noch nicht ”so ganz offen” von der Tageszeit her. Wir wurden trotzdem hereingebeten. Unsere Bedienung: Frau Gerhardt!!!! Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben zu etwa 8 Leuten guten Wein, teilweise Bier getrunken. die Preise waren absolut in Ordnung. Wenn ich meine Radtour um Berlin herum mache, werde ich sicherlich in diesem Hotel nächtigen!.

The interior is quite nice and definitely 4 star worth. I booked a non-refundable single room for two nights, which was nice and clean. Everything needed was there. I do have to admit two flaws: 1. The friendly lady at the front desk got the wrong information from the system so I has to pay a second time on site (prepaid at trip.com). Thankfully the night manager figured it out and refunded me the money before it have been booked. 2. I have chosen the Hotel ONLY because of the large pool to swim in the morning. Unfortunately the friendly lady (first contact) told me the pool is closed on the day of arrival, but I could use the spa instead for free today. It should open on next day, so I could do my morning swim. The next morning in the spa they told me, pool won't open today still due to maintenance reason. Both topics took me nearly one hour which is a no go for wasting customers time...

The hostel is located right next to the U-bahn station and not far from Alexanderplatz, the location itself is very convenient, in a vibrant area with a lot of places to eat. The staff were nice, and there were a lot of activities where I managed to meet some cool people from all over the world. The toilets and bathrooms were fairly clean and well-maintained. On the downside, the room for 6 people was quite small and it was really hot in there when all 6 or even 5 were present. But if you opened the window, it just became super loud and even less possible to sleep — the room had its windows right above a rather busy street, and even at night there was constant car noise, honking, trams passing and so on. You could hear it VERY loudly from the 2nd floor. So despite having a comfy bed, I can’t say I have had a good sleep any of the nights I stayed there. When you check in they also give you a voucher for a free beer in their own basement brewery. That was cool, but the sample glass is SO small, like 100ml? I expected it to be a full size drink to be honest:) Still, the brewery is really nice.

Bilik yang bagus dan bersih, tetapi dengan pengudaraan yang tidak banyak di dalam bilik menjadikan hari-hari panas lebih panas. Sarapan pagi yang lazat untuk 7.20 euro di asrama.

The hotel was well located with connections to everywhere in Berlin and walking distance from Berliner dom and museum island. The staff and service in the hotel were impeccable, always smiling and very helpful and professional. Only downside is that the hotel room doesn't feel like a 4 stars room, it feels old and tired and in need of a revamp.

The hostel is really centrally located and the nearest station is 7-8 minutes walk away. Almost all the places you would love to see are very close to the hostel. Also they have a big bar area and offer a good discount on food and drink. Its a complete package.

I was on a family trip to Berlin from Denmark and we made the mistake and chose this hotel! It started when we arrived my wife wanted to use the toilet from the lobby and she couldn’t get out! We used almost and hour to get her out! They didn’t have the right people (the handymen) to get her out. After that we got our room and the room was fine. My wife wanted to give our 6 month baby a shower when she finished, the water was alll over the toilet and into our room. Because there was holes on the shower floor (pictures are down below) We then went down to the reception, and told them the situation. She said that the cleaning lady will come up and clean even though we told her that the shower floor had holes and that was the issue. The cleaning lady came up and cleaned and left and told us there was nothing wrong. We thought okay 👍🏻 A couple of hours my wife took a shower and again there was water all over the bathroom and out into our bedroom under the baby bed and under the refrigerator!!!!!!!! They didn’t care about the health which is the most important especially when you have a little baby!!! I went down again showed the lady from the reception the video so she could see that there was holes. She said she couldn’t do anything and the cleaning lady has left (the time was around 12:30 am at night) I got angry because it wasn’t healthy to sleep there and she just refused to help!!!! We stayed in the room and couldn’t sleep. The next day I went down to hear if there was anything new about our situation about the room, but no one knew anything about the situation, so then I should tell the whooole story again and again. The guest manager at the reception could see that there was a big problem after seeing the videos! She then offered us free breakfast for the three days we were staying there. We said ok to the offer but we wasn’t happy but we accepted it because we just wanted to enjoy our weekend vacation! And then we thought that everything was good ! But now it all started to go downhill again !!! The first day we went down to eat breakfast. The lady wouldn’t allow us in, because we wasn’t on the list. And then we should tell her the story for the 20th time ! She then let us in, and we were now so mad !!! We start to eat and another lady called rim ( blond curly hair) interrupted us and asked us if we ordered breakfast, and then we told her our situation again ( we were so mad because it was so unprofessional and none of the staff speaks together) Rim told us ok after told her the story ! The morning after it all happened again with a new employer ! Then we had enough and went straight to the reception and demanded to speak with the person who was I charge here in the hotel. A lady came and she said that she was the manager of the day! And we then explained the story agaain. She was so sorry and the woman from the morning before Rim came and also joins our conversation and both of them could see the issue and were so sorry. Ri

We reserved the smallest room (comfort) and immediately realized that we would need to upgrade to the superior room. I am traveling with my aunt and we need 2 beds. The comfort room was so small that the 2 beds were together with little space to move on the sides. It was not suitable for us. The pictures do show all the twin beds together, but naturally we assumed that they could be separated. When we asked about changing rooms, the delightful woman at the front desk (Victoria) graciously offered to show us the options available for the bigger rooms. We viewed the executive and superior rooms and were happy to pay the 15 Euro more for the superior room. Well worth the extra money given the difference in size. Now that we were settled with our room, we were off to explore Berlin. The location of this hotel is ideal. I learned that Mitte means center and surely this hotel is centrally located. Easy to find and easy to get to/ from. A special thank you to Victoria and her colleague at the front desk. We were very pleased with our experience at the Leonardo Berlin Mitte and would recommend to others.

Great location right opposite the Berlin Central Station (HBF). The staff were super helpful throughout my four day stay, and my room was lovely, although I am slightly jealous that I didn't get one of the rooms at the front looking out over the beautiful HBF. Hopefully, next time :-) The room was kept spotlessly clean, and the whole hotel was nicely designed, fresh and clean. Sadly, I leave tomorrow morning, after four lovely days in this amazing city, and thanks to this hotel, and the team who work here, and a super base to come back to each evening. If ever I am in Berlin again, I know where I will be staying.
