Hier würde ich gern 3,5 Punkte vergeben. Zum Positiven: freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter; große, saubere und helle Zimmer. Schlimm: das Frühstück. Nichts dagegen, wenn man die Synergien mit dem benachbarten Pflegeheim nutzt. Aber 11 € für ein absolut dürftiges Angebot zu verlangen, ist schon dreist. Neutral: die Lage (Tramanschluss vorhanden), der Hochhauscharme von Marzahn und die Parkplätze (knapp 15 in der Nähe am Haus).

I stayed 2 nights and had overall a good experience, despite of reading some negative reviews about this hotel. It is very clean everywhere you go. I found staff working at the reception less friendly, as those who were serving breakfast (which is very good indeed), they were very friendly and helpful and one of the women (local German) spoke perfect Russian, we had a nice conversation. My room was situated on the 6th floor, but I didn’t find it inconvenient, as the lift was very modern and fast. Unfortunately the TV is only local channels in German language. A complimentary big bottle with mineral water was provided in my room when I first checked in. The only problem with this place was its remoteness from the main tourist attractions of Berlin, but transport links are good and quite frequent too. So if you don’t mind commuting to the main tourist attractions, then I can definitely recommend this hotel.

An excellent, calm, spacious and friendly hotel! The hotel was in an excellent location with easy access to the tram M4 which gave us a direct link toi the city centre. We were impressed with the welcome we received and it was fantastic that we could park our car in the hotel garage and not use it once during our stay!. It was nice that cold drinks were in our fridge and the bed was made every day. I highly recommend staying at this hotel as you will have an amazing experience!

Everything without a problem. Good breakfast. Elevator. Only a few parking spaces. You can park on the street. Pleasant surroundings of single-family houses. Perfect for a short stay. Quiet, no parties.

I really liked the hotel as it was up to standard. The location was good and the room was clean. There were amenities available but the maintenance could’ve been better. The room I stayed in, the head of the shower was bad, and the plastic on the toilet seat was broken. I think these things could be better managed, hence why I reduced the stars on amenities. Generally, the staff are super helpful and I had a great time at the hotel.

The hotel is super comfortable, very good facilities, the view was incredible. It has security, they never took our belongings. Also, when leaving the hotel I forgot my Apple Watch, and they contacted me so that I could recover it. It's a great hotel, and the best in Germany.
