The hotel is okay, not the best room service. The spa area is quite small and not very comfortable when more than 4 people are present. The bed was big and comfortable, only the pillows were very high and hard, but they were replaced swiftly. If you are looking for a more luxurious and comfortable hotel, I would not suggest choosing this one.

This place is truly a gem, characterized not only by its beauty but also by its convenient location. The staff at the front desk, particularly the ladies, were delightful and provided excellent service. However, I did encounter some challenges during the check-in process due to the initial inefficiency of one staff member (one of the men) Once settled in, I was immediately captivated by the enormity and impeccable decor of the bedroom. It was a truly luxurious space. The bathroom was equally impressive, boasting a generous size that enhanced the overall comfort of the stay. Given these remarkable features, I can confidently say that I would choose to stay at this place again in the future. Regrettably, there was a noticeable issue with the sheets. They emitted a particular smell that slightly detracted from an otherwise outstanding experience. It would be beneficial for the management to address this concern promptly, ensuring that guests can fully indulge in the exceptional qualities of the accommodation.

Goed ontvangen na een lange reis vanuit nl naar Berlijn. We zijn naar potsdamerstrasse 129 gestuurd daar waar een steiger aan de voorzijde staat. Nr gebeld wat daar aan de deur vermeld hing aantal keren gebelde geen reacties. Trip.com gebeld deze hebben een kamer bij Lindemann's geregeld waarbij ik niets bij hoeft te betalen. I booked my stay at GINN primarily based on it's location as it's within close proximity to family. Situated just a 5 minute walk between two U-Bahn stations Yorckstraße & Mehringdamm you can easily reach the city centre just a few stops away. You also have the fabulous eateries around Bergmannkiez a stones throw away as well as the beautiful Viktoria Park which is one block from the hotel. My booking was made via *********** and the booking process was simple. The day before my arrival I received a registration form via email from the hotel. This was meant to save time checking-in at the hotel as you simply needed to encode your room card on arrival (sadly this didn't work). Reception staff were able to assist and I was given the room key card. I stayed in room 104 for a 8 night duration. The room was modern, spacious & comfortable. It had plenty of storage and amenities for my stay. GINN Hotel have some really cool concepts like their GINN Mission - you get a free drinks voucher for the bar if you forego housekeeping that day. I highly recommend trying out their amaretto glühwein on the rocks in you are there during December. The only negative about the hotel was the lingering smell throughout the day in the lobby area which, I'm guessing, is from the restaurant at breakfast. I'm hoping to be back in Berlin within the coming weeks and look forward to another stay at GINN.

Pillows very flat and non existent. Some of staff attitude were something to be desired. Beyond basic amenities in the room. €4 for bottle of water in room crazy when vending machine downstairs €2 for water. Didn’t make it easy to redeem incentive for not using housekeeping. Safe in room didn’t work

Although the location and price for this hotel is great, the rooms themselves were disappointing. When entering the room for our first night I was immediately concerned about the room, with some wall fittings falling off, what seemed to be a lack of smoke alarm, one small bedside lamp and a tv relatively small and far from the bed along with only one alternative chair. Despite these shortcomings the room is quite spacious and beds relatively fine, with somewhat good soundproofing on the windows to stop the noise of the busy streets. Although these negatives would have been outweighed by the positives, we also had no room cleaning our entire 6 night stay which was highly disappointing. We would be awakened by the cleaners relatively early in the morning however usually we slept through this first attempt to clean. Most hotels would assume someone is asleep and come back and clean after they have gone about their day however this did not occur for our entire trip duration. To make matters worse we had no toilet roll replacements and had to source our own. In addition, on our 5th night they did Infact enter our room, they did Not take our overflowing bin, towels from the specified pick up area, change our sheets or make our beds or clean any portion of the room as expected of them. All they did was give us toilet roll. Very disappointing considering the ideal location for the hotel and the price.(although much cheaper than anywhere else in the area so some disappointment to be expected)

Ich war sehr positiv überrascht. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es war sauber. Es steht sogar ein Wasserkocher (auch sauber, nicht verkalkt) mit Tee und löslichem Kaffee bereit. Super für Allergiker: kein Teppich im Zimmer. Mein Highlight: das Frühstücksbuffet. Bei meinem Aufenthalt war viel los, trotzdem kam der Service hinterher und hat immer wieder alles aufgefüllt. Es ist wirklich für jeden was dabei, sehr vielfältig, frisch und oberlecker. Ich würde das Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen und immer wieder buchen.

The hotel is OK - rooms are clean and quiet (at least with the windows closed). We were in a triple room which was quite small for three people - and the third bed was very small even for our daughter who is not very tall. No staff present at all after 12.30pm so if you check in in on a Friday afternoon (as we did) there will be no staff for the weekend either and no breakfast room or breakfast. The cleaning person made a try to clean the room at 9am on the Saturday morning before we were really up and ready, and then did not come back, so the room remained as it was. The price was OK - though when I think we had a two room apartment with a proper kitchen in Berlin for about €10 more, I don't think it was great value. The area is also pretty scruffy (even by Berlin standards). Very good access to public transport - there are 2 stations very close by. The kitchenette was also a disappointment - just salt and pepper provided, no tea or coffee, no microwave, no dishwasher and no coffee pod machine - all of which feel reasonably standard these days. Also quite a hike to the nearest supermarket, so I wouldn't really plan on cooking much.
