Ulasan Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel

Великолепный отель, ребенку понравился бассейн , красивый вид с террасы , особенно вечером .

最低のホテルでした。 プリティーウーマンの舞台だったと言う事で宿泊しましたが不満ばかりです。道路側からUBERで到着。 ベルボーイはおりましたが、思いスーツケースを車から降ろす手伝いもせず ぼーっと突っ立っているだけ。16時過ぎにチェックインするも予約していたツインベッドの部屋が無いとの事。クレームを言ったら20分待って下さいとの事なので、渋々フロント 横のソファーで待つ事にしましたが、30分経っても部屋が出来たと伝えに来ない。どうなったのかとフロントに言うと、あー忘れてましたという感じで、申し訳ないとは微塵も思わぬ態度。一階にある外が見える洒落たレストランでお茶をしましたが、案内係りに会計を頼んでも動かない。ウエーターに頼んでも動かない、20分経って4人目でやっと会計。超高級ホテルの認識で宿泊したのにもかかわらず最低の扱いを受けました。おまけにホテルの組合がストライキを行っており朝6時からお昼までホテルの中通路でプラカードを出して太鼓や大声を出してシュプレキコールを行ってました。うるさくてゆっくり出来ません。 部屋にはストライキで迷惑かけると言う知らせの紙と耳栓。ストライキは終息の気配が無いようです。ストライキが分かっていたなら宿泊前に知らせるべきですし、キャンセルしていました。高い料金を払ったのにもかかわらず最悪の旅になりました。私は思うには、フロント、ベルボーイ、ウェーターなどホテルスタッフから、明らかに人種差別を受けている感じを受けました。白人客には愛想良く対応していましたから。 こんなホテルで働いている従業員はストライキしたくなる気持が分かります。

Hotel was fabulous, once again! I love staying there:) Everyone is so nice and helpful! Great food at restaurant and nearby and the perfect location to all the luxe stores!!

Great room thanks to Isabella!! Also Leo was very helpful at the Concierge. Lovely hotel with great hospitality. My family and I had a memorable stay. We will definitely be back.

Been a customer of Beverly Wilshire for over 15yrs.... Yes we've also stayed at other hotels in other parts of the world (besides Los Angeles), Four Seasons brand out wins almost every competitors...and among all the Four Seasons we've stayed at across the world, Beverly Wilshire is definitely the TOP 3! Over the years, Beverly Wilshire have made lots of improvements over the years and definitely to the better. Keep up w/ the great awesome work!!! We'll definitely return

It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful historic area. The service at the hotel is high end and I love the poolside area. Will definitely come back! I highly recommend that you try the sunflower dessert or the affogato if you have a sweet tooth

I love this hotel! I took a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and it was fabulous. Highly recommend to try the sunflower dessert and their affogato at their restaurant. Would definitely stay here again

Sonia at the front desk was so helpful, she went way and beyond to be of assistance, especially it was my husband's BDay!

Amazing hotel with old world charm in modern surroundings..

Not a service you would expect from a 4Seasons. We often stay at 4season and this one was the biggest disappointment. No desire to help when you ask.
