Hotel good but floor, cutren, wall not good. Foot mat not available in washroom, glass not available in toilet.

Nature was good we even sat in reception and enjoyed match with manager. Behavior was good. Rooms were good within budget

This hotel is terrible because there were no bulbs in the bathroom, cleaning was not done before i checked in. Moreover bathroom buckets were also broken, windows were broken, all night mosquitos were there, i think normal norms of the hotel were not followed

Wonderful hotel with best aminities and stay was awesome. Good hospitality and food. Well maintained and cleanliness was all around the hotel. Staff behaviour was also good and service was great

In the first place the room provided to us was not the same as pictures
it was exactly opposite
we asked for a better room then they offered us a suit room and asked us to pay extra
we agreed but the suit room was also in bad condition
the mattress provided for third person was very slim
in this cold weather that person now has stiff body. The shower was not functional
the tap was rusty and dirty
extremely un maintained properly
